Stay was good.But room was a little bit smaller compared to other five star hotels.Food was good.But valet parking facility was poor.Overall neatness and cleanleaness is good but i felt lack of persons in all especially in pool area and parking facility.

very mid hotel food is limited, rooms are definitely disappointing for the amt they charge staff seems to be under strict instruction to upsell rooms rather than help out guests nevertheless people at the hotel are pleasant and trying their best

inefficient
I ordered lunch during my stay, and despite two reminders and a wait time of over two hours, the wrong order was delivered. Later, I requested water refills, which also required multiple follow-ups and were delivered only after an hour. The overall service experience was quite disappointing.

Poor service and management
Service and management was pathetic, room was full of dust, not vacuum room property, My Kid and Husband has dust allergy they suffering with breathing issue due to dust inside the room. Water, cutlery, cleaning whatever service request asked came too late, multiple times need to call them for room service. Not at all expecting in 5star level hotel.

Loved the Peaceful Stay in Kochi!
Had a wonderful time during my stay! The property was located in a peaceful area, yet close to major attractions and eateries in Kochi. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The ambience was relaxing, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout. I especially loved the rooftop view and the homely breakfast they served every morning. Would definitely recommend it for both solo travelers and families!
