Review Of Hotel Airlink Castle

Stay was not good as we expected.it is not worth for money we spend. Customer service is good. But facilities and ambiance availabe in room is average. There is no beverages in mini cool bar . Overall we are not satisfied with this stay. It is an average experience.

location and property is good but the staff at the reception is not that welcoming to guests especially to ladies

Very nice hotel. clean and neat. The rooms are spacious. all amenities are available. pool. Gym etc. location is good. very near to Airport. staff is friendly and supportive. food is excellent.

Property has started showing its age. more over found cockroaches inside the room. staff behaviour is also just an average. Food is also average with lesser options.

Convenient and hassle free stay near airport.. facilities were satisfactory. Room was clean,spacious and comfortable with essential amenities. The food at the hotel was really good. The service was prompt and friendly.

My experience during stay in Air Line Castle is Very bad with property facility. Food quality as well as quantity not satisfied. Full Payment debit by staff but during dinner at 09:30 pm items finished. Room facility average Staff(Receptionist)behaviour very rude with customers.

Good hotel with easy access on the highway, conveniently located close to Cochin international airport. Rooms are excellent. Service is real good. Good restaurant on the property.

It did not feel like a 5 Star Hotel. Rooms were good. We had Breakfast which was ok not great. Overall Stay was ok but not as expected in a 5 Star hotel

The hotel staff is good and rooms are comfortable. Hotel is undergoing some renovation because of which front desk is in a makeshift place. Breakfast buffet had a decent spread and was good. Al a cart e menu/ food wasn’t upto the mark. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall - good experience.

Not even 2 star hotel, but rated as 5 star and showing in mmt. Front hotel maintenance and messy, food waited for 1. 5 hrs to get room service. Checkout / chrckin very slow. Too bad

The hotel was below par. The amenities provided considering tariff is below average. Staffs are entering to rooms without checking occupied. Poor facilities and management!
