Excellent Stay

The staff was very welcoming and the food was really good. They provided us with free airport shuttle and made sure our stay there was comfortable as we were travelling with a baby. They had kept local snacks and fruits ready for us in our room . The room was well cleaned and maintained . The artwork around the property was really nice.

The entry was smooth with staff courteous, room well supported with quick service on call. The food had authentic north indian taste as ordered. With drop facility included in package on FOC basis is a good gesture by the management, hope to visit again

1) furnitures in the room were dirty and sofa covers were shitty black 2) dinner served was horrible 3) we asked for packing our breakfast in the morning as we had to catch an early- they agreed but didn’t give.

Terrible Stay

The hotel lacked basic checks, no room tissues, no shampoo in the bathroom and the food was not great. Also, while checking out, I informed them the usage from the bar and paid for that but they added few more items which I did not even use or touch it. I paid a bill for just two days stay and definitely it’s over priced and lacks customer centricity. Don’t waste your money and time here.

Poor Stay

i booked for two days from 7th to 9th. i reached from hyd byvflight and went to hotel by 11.50 am. they said that my bookimg is from 2 pm.. i went out and came at 4 pm, but they said room is not ready and gave room at 4. 50 pm 2. the swimming pool is under maintaimance 3. mainly when i checked out on 9th morning, they did not give any bill with GST, telling which is concerned and the hotel has nothing to do friends, the hotel is not a good hotel and the cost is high. the rate of percday is very h igh when compared to ambience and facilities.... only console is breakfast. pls stay away.... vivek hyderabad

The stay at Port Muziris was very comfortable.. the staffs were really pleasing and helpful especially the restaurant section.. my son had his birthday on that date and they had arranged a surprise cake cutting and photo session.. the room was excellent with all basic amenities.. Had a really good time at the property. The staffs were really commendable. They were so hospitable and understanding about my request of early checkin. The room was so nice! Had a beautiful time inside the room, just relaxing. The rooms and bathroom are so clean and upon request, he would clean the room once we go out. However, the most amazing part of my stay was the breakfast spread. Such great quality of food & wide varieties. I would definitely come to this property again.

This property is opposite the airport but gives the feel of a resort. Every guest I observed felt so special, I recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was very comforting and had a lot of Indian and Continental options. A big perk is the airport shuttle service, just a call away. Overall, wonderful and recommended

Stay was good . But conditioner was not available had to ask for it they haven’t refilled it . About food masala dosa was not made properly as their tawa was not proper. Their telephone was not working properly so for one thing they had called ten times . They dnt even redeem my f n b voucher of 500 rs . Overall not satisfied
