Very small room, not worth for the money. Toiler was very small. Food had limited options. Overall cannot say any one thing worth for the money

Maliekal Heritance Cherai – A Dream Stay! One of the best luxury resorts I’ve ever stayed in! The location is unbeatable — a deadly combo of serene backwaters on one side and the beachfront waves just a few steps away. The Waves Restaurant served amazing food, and the rooms were pure luxury — a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi and ambient lights, a big king-sized bed, and a stunning view of the backwaters. Special thanks to Sajo, the man who helped me with everything — from check-in to every small request. Truly made the experience even better.

Stay was ok but food not worth not worth for money

Very nice property. Very clean and well maintained. Staff were very polite and super helpful. The backwater is very serene and picturesque.

property location is very good. I personally feel the rooms are overpriced for the services and quality they maintain. staffs need more training to serve guests better. We lost a perfume bottle and A crocs slipper during our stay. (yes a slipper ) . the staff instead of finding the lost material , searched our bags and room as a team, just incase we misplaced it somewhere (sarcasm intended) . Alas we never found the perfume and slipper.

everything was very mediocre for the price paid. food was average. but everything said i think this is the good one we have in cherai the towels and bedding are so old and dirty we lost a few things after housekeeping was done. very poor service. not enough staff on duty

Recently stayed with my family in Wooden Cottage with lake view. We had a very pleasant and wonderful stay. This is a very beautiful property with very professional touch even in minute detailing. It provides all the amenities and service of staff was excellent. At times we had to work at desk and attend meetings.. even being an seaside property the atmosphere was very calm and peaceful ideal for working professionals and family get togethers. Food at order from the restaurant was awesome with chef attending your personal choices and taste. Though some items from complimentary breakfast was just average. Location of this property is the highlight with lake view on one side and beach just opposite to front gate. Restuarant has beach side tables and walkway to beach. Maintenance and cleanliness was top notch. Pool , kids play area and water sports are all apt for family vacation with kids. Overall excellent stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property is beautifully designed and very well-architected, giving a pleasant and relaxing vibe. The rooms were spotless and maintained with great hygiene, making our stay extremely comfortable. Overall, a great experience – highly recommended!

The Stay was Great , the room was well furnished and luxurious and the jacuzzi was the best. Only Issue we had there were some bugs since the cottage was made of bamboo.

Room ok but not clean. service poor. Most horrible food you could get . Value for money of the property is not worth at all.

The food is very good, rooms are maintained neatly. Staff are friendly and their service is excellent. Maintained pool neatly. Waves restaurant is also very good.

I was highly disappointed with my recent stay at Maliekal Heritage. The restaurant was untidy with dirty tables, and the children’s park had rusty, unsafe rides, reflecting the overall poor maintenance of the property. The room we were given was small, yet the stay was overpriced for the quality offered. To add to the discomfort, there were dogs roaming inside the resort and not a single shaded area to shelter guests if it rained. The breakfast spread was minimal with very few options, and the à la carte menu served poor-quality food. Overall, it fell far short of expectations and was not worth the price.

Absolutely wonderful. The staff were very courteous. Location is amazing, food is nice. A lot of complementary stuff.

overpriced resort.. rooms are too small..so much so that there is hardly any place to walk with all the furnitures..food is average.. there is no breakfast spread rather they will give you 3 options like idli, puri bhaji , or dosa you will have to tell them then they will bring it..the indoor plat room was always closed.on the upside the pool is well kept and location is across the beach

the stay was good and its near to sea the breakfast was good and I really enjoyed we got a room upgrade sea view

Ambience and hospitality was Awesome .My Lijo suggested good foods for dinner . Entirely happy with property..

good stay also with nice food. only issue i found was the room i selected because of bed position there is very poor visibility to TV. please fix. apart from that all good. price also should be little bit lesser that's what I think.

While the location and staff were great. There were few improvements that could be made. Appliances werent working such as the kettle, remote had weak batteries. Being nit picky here. Food quality wasn’t upto the mark. Complementary breakfast was decent

The beach is a step away from the resort with a restaurant filled with delicious treats nearby. Ample with things to do such as cycling, basketball, boating, swimming and fishing an idle moment does not go to waste!

Overall the stay is good. Pros: Interiors for the individual villas are good. The swimming pool is neat and clean. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Cons: Food is average. There is not much outdoor activities. Kayaking and boat peddling is without any assistance from life guard personnel. No life guard equipment for kids at the pool. There is no direct beach access.
