Room and service was average . Cleaness ok

Pleasant stay. Calm and cool place. Polite staff. Near to metro station. Identifying the place is easy. Food service is not available. But plenty of nearby hotels are there.

You offered food/ Veg restaurant. But no food/restaurant with them. You offered pick up. No pick up provided. Make my trip should UPDATE its data. OTHERWISE you will be cheating your Clients. Trust breach is not healthy.

Even though it was an old hotel, rooms and bathrooms were very neat . Good staff too

i was given a room with foul smelling bathroom n a faulty fan. when requested for a change of room, the manager was very arrogant and used very local language to irritate me

The stay was good. The receptionist was attentive, and the room was nice considering the price. The only issue was that one of the doors inside the room, which led to the balcony, was locked, and I couldn't find the key in the keyhole. Other than that, I had a peaceful experience.

first the hoel location is very good ,second the room and wash room also good specially hot watter available all the time

Basic VFM Stay in heart of Ernakulam, MG Road. Mg college Metro station is walkable distance. South Railway station and KSRTC very nearby

It was okay because of the heat inside the room in non AC and didn't give a blanket and no cleaned pillow cover

Hotel is an old model hotel, and standard renovation done. Well maintained, clean and neat rooms, linen& toilets. Staff very supportive. Secured and safe for stay for families. Sufficient basement parking. Value for money @ in a posh locality_m. G road

Room service was very bad. The staff didn't even give us water to drink even though we requested them. The bed was full of bed bugs.

I have booked a double bed room/twin room for 3 adults and one child. The double bed mentioned is actually two single beds attached together and one extra mattress provided for third member who shall sleep on the floor itself. Booking allowed 4 guests but it's not possible to accommodate more than two adults. The specification shall be modified in the app in order to avoid confusion to the customer. Coming into staff's behaviour, i rated it below average. When i asked for clarification regarding the third person with us they are not ready to solve our issue and also hesitate to speak. We asked for an extra mattress and we waited long to get the mattress.

Hotel Srinivas was located in an excellent central area of cochin. The property management was prompt in service even when called at odd hours. The room was tidy with all the necessary amenities. Bathroom was very spacious. Hot water was readily available. Overall for the price it is an excellent option.
