Stay has been very pleasant. They have upgraded my room with no additional charges. Location is very good as it is in the city center so most of the shops are in walking distance. The breakfast need some improvement as they do not have much variety.

Though it’s old hotel , super neat and clean. Truly enjoyed the stay. Location also very convenient.

Stay at grand hotel has been amazing better than I expected. My room was spacious enough with all amenities provided, staff is cordial and immediate assistance was provided. The location where this hotel is located is the best part again everything is accessible. Metro station was just 5 mins away walking. Food was delicious mine and dad's favorite has been fish biryani still crave for it. Room was very neat and tidy we had to extend our stay for 1 more day and Staff managed to informed us about availability and necessary arrangements being made. Over all loved it, found a new place to stay next time when I visit kochi

It's a wonderful stay experience. Hotel is at M. G road easy connectivity from both Ernakulam Junction & town railway station. It lobby is beautiful and room are spacious and beautiful design. I like the place

The Grand Hotel retains an old world charm that needs to be experienced. I’ve stayed at the Grand a few times earlier and it remains my first choice on visits to Ernakulam/Kochi. The rooms are neat with traditional furniture. The rooms on first and second floor are well insulation end from noise. On the third floor, noise from the banquet hall on the fourth floor can cause disturbance during events. The breakfast is adequate, not grand, forgive the pun. The Lunch and Dinner are excellent. The Kerala’s dishes are possibly the best in Kochi. The crowd during Lunch and Dinner are testimony. The only improvement I would suggest is to include a gym with a few treadmills, as during rainy season, there is no place available for a walk or some minor exercise.

Did not give king bed room instead they gave two single bed room .Washroom was not clean , taps were broken ,soap fluid was not filled, towels were dirty. Food was average. Did not clean the room next day

The location of the hotel is very good, that is in the middle of the main shopping area, M G Road. Food is excellent, especially the Kerala cuisine. Cordial and accommodative staff members made our stay truly memorable.

Excellent room...got an upgrade. Food was good. Location is also very good, close to ernakulam shiva temple(10 mins walking), close to metro stn.
