we had booked this hotel for visa process interview . the hotel is located right opposite to vfs centre. location is excellent. rooms are clean, toilet is clean, breakfast is good.

Property is located in a prime location . Very close to Visa Application centre. Very good hospitality by the staff. Rooms are decent and clean. Had Breakfast, food not great , but just ok.Service is good. Excellent car parking facility. On the whole good experience.

Good hotel for short stays. Rooms, breakfast and parking are okay. Staff is friendly. Very close by VFS center, so good option for visa appointments.

The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully arranged, and equipped with all necessary amenities, making it ideal for both business and short-stay travelers. I particularly appreciated the lobby ambiance, which is modern and inviting – a great place to sit and relax or meet with guests. Location-wise, just the center of city, easy accessible to all major city centre’s– it’s just opposite the VFS office, making it incredibly convenient for anyone visiting for visa-related work. You can literally walk across the road and be at your appointment in minutes – a huge advantage! The food was another highlight – freshly prepared, tasty, and with a good variety that caters to different tastes. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a full meal, the kitchen doesn’t disappoint. Overall, it was an extraordinary experience. They claim to be a 4-star property, but the service and room hygiene was pathetic. The bedsheet was full of lint and the pillows were hard as a rock. I had to order pillows from outside to spend the night since they did not have any soft pillows. When I ordered room service, for the dinner for two only one plate was provided and when asked why they said it has to be requested while ordering food. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and did not have a tissue roll. Definitely, not recommending this hotel to anyone.

Good ambience, fair rooms, staffs - some are good, some at the front desk are apprehensive about simple dressed normal speaking humans, maybe because its a business hotel.We forgot to take in our blazers, ties and shiny little shoes! Some staffs are extremely good - Jinto who is in charge of restaurants,Jenson at the front desk etc. Would i stay there again? Might consider better looking options. Sarin. ( the one who stayed )

Our trip was for Visa purpose. This hotel is right in front of VFS office. Facade of the hotel is good. Staff is courteous and prompt. We took a suite room and it’s good. Breakfast is tasty and has variety of dishes.We took dinner in the room and it was delicious. It’s in the city centre so commute is easy.

Staff is pretty good...the service is good too. Pretty affordable and comfortable

The stay at the Mercy Hotel was a very bad experience. They are working during sleeping time . I can’t sleep because of the loud noises.

Well maintained spacious rooms .Toilets are very Hygienic. swimming pool was not so well maintained.

Stay, location and food were good.Need to improve in house keeping. There was some sort of odour in the room and bathroom, like a fungus smell. Need to use some air purifier in the room and air freshener in bathroom.Felt slight differenciation between direct booking of rooms.
