Review Of Dwaraka residency

Room was clean. No hot water in bathroom,no mineral water provided. Location good.

we arrived early morning but the receptionist managed to give us a room earlier so that we can get freshened up and the staff were really nice and the hotel rooms were clean and tidy i would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Ernakulam and this is very near to the train station just 10 minutes walk

I have booked 3 rooms, in one room bathroom taps were not working, otherwise staff are very cooperative and friendly.

the stay was comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. location was excellent (on mg road). The staff was courteous.

Title: Decent Stay, but Nothing Special The room was clean and had the basic amenities, but nothing really stood out. It was okay for a short stay, but the overall vibe felt a bit plain. Service was fine, but not very warm or personal. Good for a night or two if you’re not expecting much.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The bathroom had a very unpleasant odor, and basic amenities like soap and shampoo were not provided initially—they were only given after about 30 minutes. I had already booked and paid online, yet when I inquired about parking, the front office staff made us wait for 15–20 minutes without explanation. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Location Was Very Good Nearby Railway Station Nearby Restaurants Just 70 Rs. For Highcourt Water Metro in Auto But the Service and Cleanliness Was Very Poor Washroom Have Leakage And Kettle, Iron Box are Not Available Even They Didn't Gave an Extra Blanket For Kids

we're not satisfied with the stay in dwaraka hotel. There is no standard manners of a hotel/residency. 01. No toilet soap, shampoo 02. Extension board is not in working. 03. TV is not working. 04. No Hot water. 05. Negative washing towels. You can't place these things then atleast you can remove these from the profile while customers are booking, so that the expectation should be less. I hope you make an improvement for these.

There is no drinking water there tv not working no hot water, no way to make tea
