Beautiful property and centrally located with easy accessibility to discover Fort Kochi. Property offers homely stay and authentic Kerala cuisine. Shailesh and Balakrishnan have put the hospitality benchmark high. They also guided us well to explore most of the places in Fort Kochi. Pleasant stay !

The property was real good, very authentic and a great heritage home for people who want to experience the Kerala of yester years While it was quite small in term so size, I’d rather say it was quaint and cosy, decorated very tactfully and beautifully. Food too was great and the garden with the fish pond was so refreshing Staff was courteous and very helpful for travel within fort kochi too

it's the first time I've had my bed and pillow just 1 meter from a hotel reception desk. Separated only by a thin glass partition, of course. The room is completely obscured because you face the receptionist's back, a table where guests dine or have lunch, or simply the lobby area. It's an original way to be woken up by customer interactions with the staff or conversations between employees. The real kicker is the ambient lunch music blasting through the ground floor, ensuring that the entire reception area—with its four rooms and at least one speaker positioned right above the outdoor glass where everyone eats breakfast—gets the full volume. To top it off, our room overlooked the parking lot, directly facing a busy road with constant traffic noise. Overall, this setup made for a noisy, intrusive stay that felt more like camping in the lobby than relaxing in a hotel.

the stay is close to the main fort Kochi Area - a 10 minute walk. its a beautiful property. the rooms are tiny but adequate. we stayed in the cottage. service was excellent. food was good. limited breakfast spread, but they would take requests if any. all in all a great stay for your fort kochi Visit

Great place authentic best bar and food in town going to stay in my next trip too staff were super good

Property was good. But room was not that good. Shower wasn’t working well, a/c was noisy. Packed drinking water wasn’t available. Food is just okay. Chinese food was not good. Most crew was good except one of the guy in front office. He was rude when we requested for late checkout and he was hurry to push us out.

I booked the heritage room (not basic heritage). The room was incredibly small and was very overpriced. The AC didn't have enough cooling and it was feeling hot the entire night. Breakfast didn't have many options and was not worth the price. I won't consider it again for this price.

Property is really good had a pleasant stay the food is also delicious but only kicker was that there was no hot water supply in the evening

The ambience was good but the room was full of mosquitoes and breakfast was really bad. we had chicken curry which was stale.

Very small room . Mosquitoes and flies everywhere. We have cancelled the booking and checked into another hotel.

Good location and food. The garden is really nice and the staff are good. Had dinner there. I found the room ok.. and if you book avoid the entry level room - it gets very noisy

Good place at the heart of fort kochi. The hotel, the rooms, the cleanliness, the staff, the ambiance, the food. Everything was excellent. Very highly recommended.

Nice and pleasant place. Calm and quit. Right in the middle of fort kochin. Everyplace you want to see in fort kochi is 2 km away. The staff is excellent and genuinely polite. Food is also good. All and all, highly recommended.

Not a value for money stay. The restaurant is nice and a lovely ambience for leisure dinning. I took a standard room. The room was clean, the linens could do better. The room was cramped and was not comfy as like a leisure hotel. The check-in was smooth, the check out reminder I felt was not courteous. The guest amenities was dinning and bar and room included good quality utilities such as body was etc.

The property is poorly managed. The service is non-existent. The bed was dirty when we checked in. In the morning breakfast, they have less staff to cater. The facilities are also bare minimum
