Haze Mountain Resorts

I recently made a booking at Haze Mountain Resort through your platform, trusting the listing details and your reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing, and I would like to request a 50% refund of the amount I paid. Here are the issues I faced during my stay: 1. Facilities not as promised: • No television in the room • No iron or ironing table • No cupboard/wardrobe to hang clothes 2. Basic amenities missing or not working: • No hot water in the bathroom • No toilet paper roll provided • Light in the wash basin area was not working, making it difficult even for basic grooming 3. Comfort issues: • Construction work in the adjacent building made it impossible to rest. Despite checking in around 2 PM, we could not sleep until 5 PM due to the noise. • No in-room entertainment (TV was missing as mentioned above). Overall, it turned out to be a horrible experience, completely different from what was promised in the listing. I strongly recommend your team to personally verify the property before continuing to list it on your platform, as such mismatches damage customer trust. Given the above, I request you to kindly process a 50% refund for this booking as compensation for the inconvenience and the false commitments. I look forward to your urgent action on this matter.

Valley view is great from the balcony, Near to Chokramudi trek, which is the best part

I stayed at this property with my family, including two kids, and the experience was disappointing. We originally booked the Mudhouse, but after speaking with the staff, we changed it to an Executive Room based on their suggestion. The view from the property was beautiful, and the dinner served was quite good. One staff member, who spoke Hindi, was very helpful and sincere. However, there were many issues. The Executive Room had no privacy. People from the campfire area could see into our room and balcony. The room was not clean, the floor stayed wet, possibly because of the pool nearby, and the bed linens were not fresh.Either you staff or customers, anyone of them was there in the common area most of the time and they can get a direct view into the balconies. The breakfast was basic, with only idli, upma, and bread with butter and jam atleast please provide that in a proper method. The service and hospitality felt unorganized and its a congested restaurent. A last point, on the MMT app you clearly mentioned that there is 'TV' was there in the room. But it's not there, when i am check with the staff he simply said 'There is no TV in any of there rooms'.Please mention it in on the booking Apps. I have stayed at many places in Munnar, but this was one of the most disappointing. This place may be suitable for groups or bachelors, but it is not ideal for families looking for a peaceful and private stay.

The pool was not that good and never takes the mud house, it doesn’t have any view. The food is average

There was always power glitches , no proper power supply at night and no water supply in the morning. We had vacated the resort without bathing because there’s no water supply.. No intercom, No TV ...there’s no sorry from their end

My stay at Haze Mountain was one of the most fabulous experiences of my life. The location of this property is truly its standout feature. If you’re a travel enthusiast, staying here should be on your bucket list—you simply have to experience this place at least once in your life. Words can hardly do justice to the beauty and feeling this location offers. The rooms are exceptionally beautiful and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities thoughtfully provided. The food was good, adding to the overall pleasant stay. What truly takes it to another level is the breathtaking view from the balcony—it’s nothing short of extraordinary. The property also features a campfire area, which is both scenic and perfect for relaxing under the stars. Overall, this place offers an unforgettable experience for those looking for a serene and stunning getaway.

Excellent location and views but service by staffs not upto the mark
