Had a wonderful honeymoon stay at The Valle Munnar. The balcony views are breathtaking, rooms are neat and hygienic, and amenities are excellent. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant serves very tasty food with good variety. Truly a memorable experience – highly recommended!

It was nice😍 and amazing. Except for the pool area which was not available and wud have been better if jacuzzi suit was a bit lower.

we had a great cozy experience in this resort. we booked 2 rooms for our family . resort location was amazing and breathtaking view from lobby and from the room balcony too.We can see the munnar lavish scenery from the balcony. I cannot explain the words . literally still I cannot forget the moment we spended in the resort. morning complimentary breakfast was amazing . Authentic kerala chicken stew was so delicious. staffs treated with great hospitality and guided us well. special thanks to Dr.sree who helped us so much in spa session. totally worthy place.

Literally in the middle of clouds- one of the best in Munnar

The Hotel is located on a hill top. The reception is at ground floor and all rooms are at G-1, G-2 and so on. As a result you get the best and the highest view from the Reception/ Ground floor. The overall hospitality of the staff is truly commendable. The food was also tasty and the restaurant staff was polite. However, we felt that the service could have been a little quicker as it was taking 25 to 30 minutes for for food to come at the table. The in room dining service was also good. As you check in, you get a brief orientation of the room, and also of the places you can visit in Munnar. The hotel also has a lot of in-house activities like cookie baking,baking, morning walk, cycling, family fun time, etc.

Overrated property

It’s an overrated property. They don’t have swimming pool.We booked 3 rooms and 2 rooms are okay 3rd room was too small with small bathroom and toilet. The activities are very few and we don’t have setup box connections in the room. After asking several times they had recharged it with limited channels in 1 room and kept unattended other rooms. The restaurant service and food was very good

The stay was amazing—the view was absolutely heavenly. The property was nice,and we had booked the personal jacuzzi room. Unfortunately, we were only able to use the jacuzzi just before checkout, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. There was a foul smell when the jacuzzi bubbles were turned on more or less the smell of sewage. Also, the food we ordered for dinner was below average—the tandoori chicken didnot felt fresh, and the tiramisu was more or less just cream. However, the breakfast was awesome, the service was good.
