Location and the property were great - definitely recommended for a tranquil stay Shortfalls 1. The high tea session was understaffed - the quality of tea was pathetic. Though complimentary, the experience must be on par with the restaurant service 2. Communicated well in advance for a photoshoot for my kids. Had to lose an entire half day for some non-professional photographer who asked us to spend another day as the photos which he took initially were not good. When enquired, the actual photographer was informed by the The Valle by Kondody Hotels only on that day morning (despite giving a request a month back) and he couldn’t attend to my request and therefore he sent someone else to cover and that substitute could not take good photos. The The Valle by Kondody Hotels should have dealt with this better on communication as they wasted a good session. My kids are small and we had to wait wait and wait till my kids got some meal only around 3 due to this mis-management 3. Food poisoning - rotten fish in Kerala fish curry. If it’s not possible to get the best fish, why to have it in menu in the first place, considering the premium price we have to pay for the food 4. Room service was delayed most of the time, and a few requests were left unattended to

The stay was amazing—the view was absolutely heavenly. The property was nice,and we had booked the personal jacuzzi room. Unfortunately, we were only able to use the jacuzzi just before checkout, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. There was a foul smell when the jacuzzi bubbles were turned on more or less the smell of sewage. Also, the food we ordered for dinner was below average—the tandoori chicken didnot felt fresh, and the tiramisu was more or less just cream. However, the breakfast was awesome, the service was good.

The property is perched atop a hill, offering breathtaking views of the tea plantations in Munnar. The food was impressive with a good variety and delicious taste. The amenities were excellent—everything was new and well-maintained, thanks to the The Valle by Kondody Hotels being recently opened. While the absence of a swimming pool was a slight miss, the overall experience more than made up for it. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help, adding a warm touch to our stay.

The overall experience was wonderful. Divya at the reception was ever so helpful along with the housekeeping staff. Dining choices and the dining experience was great. A must visit while checking into Munnar. we were even given a check out gift which was very thoughtful of the staff

The stay at 'The Valle Munnar' was too good. The room was clean and comfortable with top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. They are highly recommended!Would love to visit the property again.

The property is very good and is located amidst the mountain. The view from the room was amazing. Highly recommended if you are planning for a relaxed and calm stay..
