- property is good - Limited option in breakfast and no change in the breakfast menu except one item - no intercom and kettle facility inside the room. For cold weather, kettle is a must inside the room - frequent power cut and TV channel are not recharged - manager at the reception is not friendly - food price is high when compared to the taste & quality

Amazing view and location without doubt. The host is responsive and courteous. Things others have not mentioned 1. You can enjoy a cup of coffee out on the porch of your room with the mesmerising view. 2. The colourful landscaping of the stay makes it even more beautiful. 3. If you stay here, you can stay away from traffic and still reach all the attractions of Munnar Things Lacking: 1. Rooms don't have Ceiling fan. Although it is cold enough but sometimes a fan is required for circulation. Overall: Worth the money.

The host was so bad he was just desperate to get top even though we already planned the tip for him but he demanded it so that really made us upset

The resort is surrounded with serene beautiful natural flora and fauna. The staff are polite, helpful and well mannered

Kettle for warm water was not there. No intercom available. Bathroom lach was not working. All the staff was new. They don't have proper informations.

The property is beautiful and features well-maintained rooms. Situated on the outskirts of munnar in meduppati, the location may pose accessibility challenges for vans or buses. Nestled within dense forest, it offers a serene escape from city traffic and noise. The eden cottage, with its stunning mountain views, was spacious enough for three people, featuring comfortable beds, essential amenities, and clean towels. The property also boasts an in-house restaurant that provides complimentary breakfast with a flexible menu that can be arranged in advance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

Location is superb. View from the room is awesome. Service is excellent. Food was good but limited options.

The property is located on a hill top with a nice view and insta-worthy flower garden. The location is also not far from the main city however the route connecting the property with main munnar market is not great in fact there is a very bad patch in between. What i personally didn't like was the fact that despite paying high price the room themselves are pretty ordinary and lack even a fan forget about ac. So it becomes a bit suffocating in the night because you can't open windows due to insects. Also if you don't opt for breakfast while booking, you will end up paying 250 per person for a basic breakfast of idli and bread omelet.

Overall good experience. Food was very good. Nature friendly location. Rooms were specious and clean. Just suggest that, internal street lights should be kept on throughout the night. Rather than putting it off after dinner.

A very good hotel with great interior and outdoor seating. I enjoy a lot with my family and i booked for 3 and the arrangements was very well.

Stay was good. Staff was also helpful. We booked 2 rooms 'adam' & 'eve. Out of two. Ceiling of one room in the corner area started to leak at 2 am. As we were only staying for one night. We did not bother to complain. Apart from the leaky ceiling rest of the stay was good

As rooms has provision to accommodate the third person but such things was not mentioned at the time of booking

The location where is resort is situated is quite far from the center of munnar, coming to the experience, the rooms where clean and neat but the complimentary breakfast was terrible, there were no options and food was not fresh, rooms doesn't have heater facility, it was very cold. Staffs where helpful in need, but there's no intercom we have to go in-person to the staffs for every need, overall an average stay.

We stayed in ad-am room for 2 days, booked both the rooms (if not need to share outer sitout. Pros : nearer to city centre garden maintenance was very good 24 hrs hot water facility since remote, wifi is handy cons : no kettle in room complimentary breakfast - just one food option along with toast room service need to be improved no campfire

The residency was cleaned and ambinence was too good and we enjoyed lot and scenaries awesome and breakfast was good but lunch was not good

I stayed here for 1 day and my stay was terrible. They do not have any option in breakfast. We have dinner also food was average but when i asked for bill of the same as staff start threatening me and fighting me
