Your negative Rating and Review is a big compliment to us... You arrived at our property in a heavy rainy day You Booked the base category room at our property. We We had Upgraded The Room Freely To Our Higher Category. But When you checked in 20 minutes you made damge to the Bed, Bedsheets And Blanket But You Didnt Inform Us. Next Day Morning, You Didnt Check Out On Time. Our Staff Had Informed you that 'We have Other Booking For This Room So Please Co-operate With Us and Check Out On Time' Unfortunately You Checked Out Approximately 1 Hour Lately. At The check out time we inspected your room Then We Found Out The Bed,Bedsheet and Blanket Was Damaged.. Obviously There's Compensation And Charged 400 Rupees... Again, You Arrived At A Heavy Rainy Day.. This is a hill station of course there'll be a lack of electricity supply But We have sufficient Power Backup at our Property.. On The Day Of Check-out You weren't In The Room Most Of the time... Henceforth You Couldn't Charge Your Devices So We Aren't The People Responsible For It.

Good hotel to stay

groupHotel room was good, but no kettle, no toiletries, no landline to call reception. Light also cut down when we were about to get ready for our sight seeing, but later when we insisted for soln they started the generator or light backup. Overall it's good.

Hello Guest, thank you so much for your stay and taking time to post a rating and review of our resort.When you book Rooms through online just follow the online company policies.You added 6 years old child in the age of 3 years; because 6 years old child is chargeable. and we didn't ask any money from you for the kid.Then your partner came and asked(you didn't come 🤪) extra bed. obviously it will be charged. after a bargaining we provided extra bed for 2 nights charged the price of one night.We kept all the room's basic amenities.And you wrote dirty smell surrounding..you people threw babies diapers and napkins all around the rooms..About room service;you never asked any room service from us.Thank you.
