Falling Waters Munnar

The property is not worthy when compared to the rate and the facilities available. No welcome drink and the room is not properly cleaned and locks are pathetic. Bathroom doors are just having a mere lock for name sake. Keys are from the ancient ages it seems. If you are trying to call the number from the website make sure you have enough patience and having multiple mobiles as they will not attend the second call from the same number. If you are planning to order food from inside make sure to have courage to go through the price list. 3 idly cost 200 is just an awareness from my experience. Positives : Ambience in the property is good, as the name indicates there is a waterfall within the property which is good and having a proper maintained garden as well. The food will be served in the precise time you asked for without any seconds of delay. The manager in the property is well decent and handles the clients very well. The food served is good.

A very good place for a stay. The ambiance was perfect and very pleasing. This place would be at its best during the season time. very comfortable rooms and One thing I loved about this place is their Hospitality.They were always ready to help.Service was really good.

Beautiful property. Well maintained and the staff was very helpful. I couldn't venture out much because of the rain, and yet it felt nice sitting in the balcony looking and the stream. I'd definitely want to come back.

Falling Waters Munnar is truly a wonderful place to stay with family. The surroundings are beautiful, with a lovely outdoor garden and a refreshing environment. My family really enjoyed the stay, and everything was kept very neat and clean. The staff and manager were very respectful, helpful, and always quick to respond. Really appreciate their warm hospitality. The only drawback is the road leading to the hotel—it’s quite narrow and makes reaching the property a little difficult. Also, there’s no mobile network in the area, but the hotel provides free Wi-Fi with good speed, which helps. Dinner was just average and felt overpriced for the taste, but breakfast was excellent—fresh, tasty, and unlimited. Overall, it’s a superb place for a peaceful family getaway.

The place was good, and the view was amazing, but the facilities and amenities were quite laid back, difficulties in communication due to no network, faced power cuts as well however the staff was very friendly and helpful

We had terrible experience first of all this property is not easily accessible and they do not have proper restaurant and food served is really worth the money and staff are too rude and restaurant timing / rules are more stricter than the military rules not at all worth it too sad

Stay was good.

Can be described in one word - "AMAZING", it's a breathtaking property Nestled in the forest surrounding munnar, far away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. They have a gorgeous waterfall inside the property itself. The food is really delicious and they don't add taste enhancers like Agenomoto, very healthy food. If you are reading the review - I suppose you want a peaceful and quiet location, look no more book this place. Its a cozy and beautiful straight out of a ruskin bond story

It was a very pleasant stay and friendly staff, I really enjoyed staying here. Beautiful sounds of nature , water falls, garden , atmosphere everything is perfect. I felt really sad when I checked-out. Special thanks to the chef, who prepared delicious food and complementary bf also very good. Hope I will visit this place again I have already posted my review in application

Falling waters is a real cosy cool place in the jungle with lots of birds and crickets buzzing around, water stream burbling and tall trees murmuring in the breeze. Although this year’s sweltering sun has impacted munnar weather, we enjoyed the stay in the deep wood.

Location is in very remote and there is any sign board also on main road to find the hotel and road to hotel from main road is very narrow. No any medical facilities is available nearby for any emergency. No ac rooms and no swimming pools there. We have booked for 02 nights, but can’t stay there as even 01 night stay was very scary for us. The experience is very terrible. I will not recommend to any family or couples to stay there as it’s totally waste of money as very far away from munnar and route is very tricky.

It's a nice property with green's all over. And a private waterfalls. But keep in mind you should come during monsoon to enjoy the falls.

Except food in restraunt everything else is good. Rooms are very good. Food can be improved.

This is a gem. A very beautiful location run by the most courteous staff. The space is very clean and as close to nature as it can get. A definite go for a couple. A little difficult to navigate and find the property. But absolutely worth it.

I have mixed review of falling water. If you love to be live in natural beauty than it is amazing property however it miss with basic amenities like kettle to get hot water, fan wad dirty and wall of room also dirty.
