The property is deep inside the bison valley forest. Surrounded by dense forest all around and tea plantations nearby this resort offers all the best things. Fresh air, beautiful surroundings, amazing food and staff that makes you feel pampered. My wife started feeling sad at the thought of leaving the place even after 3 days of stay. If you can tolerate the journey to the resort, I would definitely recommend this place as the only place worth staying in Munnar.

We were highly disappointed with our stay. The room was not properly inspected before our arrival, as basic amenities like the kettle, phone, geyser, and lights were all out of order. The food was far below the standard expected of a highly rated resort. Furthermore, reaching the property was a major challenge due to the very rough, bumpy road leading to it.

Welcoming staff, peaceful jungle and magical view!! This is the best place in Munnar in my humble opinion. The place is high up in the mountains with tea plantations on one side and jungle on the other side. You can see the whole Munnar town down below. Options to trek even higher (to the 2nd highest peak in munnar i believe), several view points and activities. If you love nature, this is a must-visit.

it's not the perfect time to visit here in the rainy season they are not providing any first aid box which is very much essential there I was facing a problem with the leech bite there and asked for bandage š©¹ but there wasn't any bandage in their first aid box provided later by them
