Because all guests did not arrive in sequence and several rooms required additional preparation, there was an unexpected delay of around 10–15 minutes in room allocation. We regret that this was not communicated clearly to you by our staff.Regarding the room condition, we are currently undergoing painting and maintenance work due to moisture issues during the rainy season. The work is being completed in phases while keeping the property operational, and we regret that your room did not reflect our usual standards during your visit. We are equally concerned about the delay in resolving the TV complaint and the time taken to provide plates and cutlery. Our team normally attends such requests promptly, and we are reviewing this matter internally to ensure quicker and more coordinated service responses.
