We found lots of cockroaches inside the room everywhere and few entered into our bag, clothes too. As committed no hot water, hardy one or two mugs will come then cold water only coming. Breakfast was tasteless (sent us nearby another homestay) and when we reached night and asked for food, they informed us to have an outside nearby restaurant, that tasted awful.

The experience I had was terrible. Though they were informed about hot water availability from 6AM, we didn't get any till 7:30. We literally have to wake up the room service person to turn on the heater. There were no intercoms in the room. If you want to ruin your pleasant stay and want to have the worst experience please choose this stay.

While booking it shows guaranteed early check in but they asked Rs.300 other than all is ok

The room and surroundings have a bad odour. And beside our room there was a kitchen-like facility and the place was not at all clean and disturbing for a family or couple. Apart from that, the staff was friendly, the lift facility is there and very close to the bus depot and central Munnar.

they offered different room against which I had booked. Later asked them to the seat which was originally booked. they had mentioned that it is a mountain view but it wasn't. bathroom was slightly stinking. asked for a plate and spoon which wasn't available. not a good experience and not recommended

worest room. no room service. water leakage in rooms. parking faraway from hotel. for breakfast have to gove 1.5 k.m away in different hotel. finally I don't suggest for families.

Rooms are comparatively small with very less amenities. No food served as per the plan opted. Service is average and no parking at the property

Hotel room are not good and services are okay

Customer service was excellent. Property is near to the town.

Reception staff is very helpful but The room has only specified geyser timings 2 hrs in morning and evening and it feels odd and restricts our freedom and the room has some odd smell. Bathrooms were not clean.

The hotel staff was not that polite, And the rooms were also not good. I booked a room for 3 guests with 2 double beds. They instead provided us a room with a single double bed and a mattress to sleep on the floor. Worst experience.
