It was really excellent journey. The staff was very cooperative. They helped us to travel nearby & gave us all the necessary informations.

Over expensive, not value for money. Room was very small. Room’s view was terrible. Beds were not properly cleaned. Insects were there in the drawer. No place to hang clothes. Location not advisable to people who cannot walk on steep slopes.

No network No Window amenities are good but room was like a jail no proper lights and no sunlight .. bathroom was but too smelly i have not taken any pictures

The hotel is located within the city, on the way to Top Station Road, which is a primary tourist route. There are only three parking spaces available; additional cars must be parked on the road. The room is very small, and the bathroom doors were broken, making it feel messy and unkempt. It’s not worth 3,300 rupees — it’s more like a 1,500-rupee room. The office staff is friendly and cooperative, providing the necessary information. I booked with complimentary breakfast, which was very good. However, the top-floor restaurant is old, with broken windows and cleanliness issues.

Everything good and location wise food, transportation nearby accessible... sightseeing also nearby.

we paid 2.5k for a room which is without window and no ac in the room. bedsheets were near and clean.

Location and room is good. Staff's are good behavior. Room is neat and clean. But parking facilities is not well. Can't park more than 4 cars at a time. Breakfast is not too good.

The room is very small, and the bathroom is good, but water overflows inside the bathroom. door quality is also not good but staffs are very sincere and responding and the also very helpful, good for low budget stay.

in room network not available they giving us room in basement in front of my room (opposite room) boys are drinking so I can't sleep very well. for couple didn't recommend this hotel

The restaurant is worse than a roadside stall. Very unhygienic. They ran out of breakfast within half an hour of opening in the morning.

restroom worst maintenance. drainage problem and bad smell. water is not draining from morning 7 to 9.. hot water also available for particulaf time period

Hot water was not available, and the toilet flush button was not working. The complimentary breakfast was also unsatisfactory. However, the staff service was very good.

Garbage.. Dont choose.. its worst experience i got in munnar. the rooms are dirty. not even cleaned to serve for guest. the Restaurant is a garbage area.. cant take your food there. go and enjoy the worst dirty hotel in Munnar.. thanks # for this bad experience
