The condition of this room is terrible I can't explain 😕 it by my words they us by showing very good images of rooms and later they give us very bad room and in the images there is no bar over there but when we saw there is a bar and it is not a family room

Matha regency keeps hotel rooms neat and tidy. They provide food as well. The staff behaviours is also good.

no deluxe facility, no dental kit, dirty blanket, broken walls, dust smell, staffs are very cooperative, property stsyed in adimali town.

Very nice staff. Very affordable hotel. Excellent location. No tea/coffee served to your room. The hotel needs better ventilation as the air was trapped and had a foul smell. My view was of some auto garage. But it is a budget hotel so no issues. All in all, the stay was satisfactory.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a relaxing and pleasant stay

Stayed in Suite room. It was not at all worthy. They rate themselves as 4 star hotel but it is actually 1 star or 2 star property. In my room there was no phone extention, Sofa was defective one hole. Bathroom's faucet clip was broken. No curtain in bathroom however curtain clips were hanging. Shampoo was not provided, no dental kits, comb etc.

Overall the stay was good, service was good they provided all required services after requesting a couple of times.

I am not able to get the hotel bill with gst. staff at hotel is not generating the same. without bill, I will not be able to claim from my office

1) hotel bathroom was water logged. 2) no hot water available in bathroom 3) no method of communication to reception from room. 4) person on reception was not able to understand our complaint due language issue. No understand of hindi or english.

Friendly employees. Promptly support whenever called at odd times. Provided information on tourist places and give suggestions.

The hotel was overall okay. It was a decent stay. The room was neat and clean. Washroom was clean too. Interiors and facilities were well maintained.

The room is clean. I liked the room's ambiance and it was sound proof too. Washroom is hygienic. Actually it's a new building so, everything was very good. Location is at a distance of one hour from Munnar. Staff was excellent.
