good location but tv is not working, bathroom taps broken

it was good experience staying , good ambience good food, good service

I was cancelled my cottage for without pool cottage i get. so call to your customer care agent, she told me that don't worry about it. you will get back your money with in two three working days. but I didn't get my money back still this time. I called many time and tell to your customer care agents but not get my money back.

The location is Adimali which is 25 kms away from Munnar. The property has two room categories: 1. Pool with villa 2. Deluxe room without pool. Do not go by the photos which are posted on MMT because the room without pool is located at the bottom of the hill and no amenities available for the room. No AC, No hot water , no top view, just an average room with a bed and a fan. If you are planning to not go anywhere around Munnar and stay out of Munnar but want a good view then you can book pool with villa and it’s quite beautiful. If you are planning to visit Munnar then it’s not worth and you get multiple options for this price. Overall it’s an overpriced property with fixed menu options for breakfast and away from Munnar and I regret my choice.

The rooms are pretty good with clean and neat interiors and bathrooms. The thing to note is that if you are not a person who can drive in steep hills with hard turns, don't choose this because the restaurant or the dining space is on the top most area. The a huts are awesome but they are not the best stays for the price. While making the booking, toiletries and drinking water were as a part of the package but drinking water was charged and also toiletries were charged and when asked it was said that, it was not in the package. The staff are polite and friendly but if you are choosing the cottage that is on the first and foot portion of the property, the staff maynot be there to help you every time you call them

Very cooperative service. They're new and trying best for making stays comfy and safe. Bit far from munnar stay has aesthetical sense and restaurants, stationary and chi spots are nearby

The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and designed to provide a cozy yet luxurious vibe. The balcony views were absolutely stunning – perfect for enjoying a cup of tea while soaking in the misty mornings and scenic surroundings.

With the hotel being booked at Rockwood retreat Munnar. I am cheated by the hotel as not providing the hotel room and asking to stay at another location rooms
