They didn't make me comfortable the first thing when I am checking I just wait 30 minutes to get a person from their property no one is there when I am reach there after 30 minutes I just went to my room there is no power and I just asked person he said power cut is the sir power will be come after 2 hours but power after 3 hours okay that's a government in I don't both at that thing I just check the Wi-Fi is not working I just asking why the Wi-Fi is not working he said it's raining outside that's why the wire circuit so Wi-Fi is not working then I check the washroom there is no towel then I ask for towel he gave after 1 hour they have to provide the breakfast I woke up at 8:45 to I try to contact the person from the property but no one is that until 9:30 no one is responding I didn't had breakfast so it's a terrible experience to stay there actually book 2 days but I cancel one day there if fun for that one day and one breakfast what I am thinking is there is no point 2 pay for the night it's totally waste

Here's an updated review: "Had a great time at Lake Zone Holiday Resort! The property is beautiful, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was nice and comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. And, the breakfast was very good Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway!"

No breakfast provided and no any hotel management staff is there and no one picking up call. Check out time also not person is there. No responsibility and no response

The toilet was not good , I booked it including breakfast which they didn't give property location was good , cleanliness was very poor

The room was unclean, toilet was smelling all the time, there were hair strands in the toilet, marks were also there inside the toilet, squeaking fan, hot water issues, no food options. overall, the experience was very bad. not recommended.

The room was nice and comfortable but no services, no toiletries, no mineral water, no person to attend the guests, need to ask multiple times for a single thing, booked the complimentary breakfast but also was not available, needed to fight for the same.

Stay was good. Location is easy. Complementary food was very good. Wifi was good. Room was neat. Staff were nice. Good service.

The room walls had mold on it and were not clean and had no ventilation and had a bad smell because of the mould.

Very bad with fungus. Really disappointed. Checked out immediately seeing the room with fungus and staff were very rude. Need refund

The hotel room was disgusting and stinky, even the linen were dirty and washroom was not cleaned

Unprofessional hotel staff, dirty, used, stained bed linen and pillows, we requested them to change the linen, bedsheet but they denied saying it's absolutely clean and unused. Also denied for towels and mineral water. No food options. Limited unsafe on main road side parking, lots of insects in bathroom. Complete room was in very bad condition. Not at all recommended.

Very poor cleanliness. No exaust fans, no ventilation, molds on the wall. Stinky washroom. No food options, only daal for veg. Only two options in breakfast which are tasteless. Tea is available only during breakfast time. We have to go outside for the tea. Cups, kettle, other tea material was not provided. Asked for mosquito repellent machine and they simply denied. Even there was not enough spoons and forks for breakfast and even they denied for ketchup during breakfast. They asked for dinner payment right after dinner and not during checkout. Terrible experience with la flora spoicewood.

Comfortable rooms with neatness. Only problem is lack of lift

Hotel room was excellent. We had faced issues for hot water. Due to holidays staff was not available so we can understand and we didn't wanted to spoil mood during festivals.

The room was smelly. They dint give toiletries and hot water was available on a particular time period in a day. No balcony view for the rooms. Only from the reception we can enjoy scenery not from the rooms. Drinking water bottle was chargeable. Nothing came as complimentary except the morning breakfast. Idly and pongal was good in breakfast. For tea they gave black tea saying milk dealer dint deliver the milk.

We chose this stay due to its proximity to kolukkumalai. The room was generally clean and satisfactory, yet frequent power failures, along with slow backup, were noticeable issues. Unsure if this is a daily occurrence, but overall, it offered good value for the price. Convenient parking was available in front of the stay

Rooms are in good condition. That's the only positive. No lifts so aged people will find it difficult. Hot water is available at limited hours, customer service is very bad, breakfast even though it's complementary but bad. So it's good if you're travellers looking for a budget stay and ready to compromise on a lot of other aspects.
