Good food. Good service. Caretaker and helpers are quite good. Intercoms don't work. Location is good but not easily accessible due to narrow and steep road.

Very difficult to reach there not so good hospitality food was average we reached there by traveler then walk down to reach property with luggage. Property is good food was average you will not get anything near to property road was very sloppy

Very average. Bed linen are not clean . Not much breakfast option . The road that leads to the cottage is very steep.

Food was bad quality. We asked for ginger tea and he gave normal tea and charged extra. Bad hospitality and very unwelcoming. We stayed for 4 days and asked the manager to clean the room 5 times and did not clean it even once. Very unprofessional behaviour

Lovely stay with a scary drive back and forth

Pros: Clean rooms, "amazing view", got a room with private balcony which had access to tea estate!!! Friendly and responsive crew Helpful, polite staffs. Very beautiful surrounding Hot food good food (breakfast); could be improved on taste and cooking angle Cons: Location, ensure you have a skilled driver who could navigate in a one way 'very' steep climb. And a good pull through vehicle, we had an Innova (old model) but still got stuck as the path was way too steep and very narrow. Ensure to talk to the cottage ppl before choosing the road, as the cottage has 2 approaching road, both demanding decent driving skills and vehicle power No toiletries, other than for towel/ single soap. No A/C or Amenities (other than for one carom board) The bed and the towels could have been even more clean washed/ maintained Far from the major attractions/ restaurants

The road to the cottage can be a bit tricky, especially the steeper route — we always recommend guests reach out beforehand so we can guide them on the easier approach. We’ll make sure to communicate that even more clearly going forward. Since we are located in Hill stations can be so refreshing, and the cool climate makes ACs less necessary. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, mist covered hills. The rooms are clean, well maintained. waking up to the mist rolling over the hills right outside the window was an experience in itself. The hosts are incredibly welcoming too.

The location of the property is difficult to reach as it's quite inside the plantation & away from the main road. big vehicles have difficulty in reaching it as it's a one way road. Also, breakfast wasn't up to the mark. However the rooms were spacious & view from balcony from nice!
