Meraki Tribe Heritage

he hotel I stayed at on this trip was very bad; the maintenance was poor, and the service was terrible. Please don’t book such hotels for us in the future; kindly show us good hotels. Everything about their management and their operations was really poor.

Terrible stay, the owner was extremely rude. Dirty room, dirty bed sheets, no soap towel in bathroom, bathroom lot seat was broken, there were spider webs in the rooms and when we asked him to clean them he said “ you’re here to experience jungle don’t be so demanding. That’s not how you talk to your guests, there was no light no water no basic amenities and My check in time was 1 PM afternoon. The rooms were not ready, I booked 2 big rooms, he changed it to smaller ones saying there’s problem in the ones I booked, and when we asked them to speed it up and give the rooms quick he said it’s not metro city it will take 2-3 hours to get the room ready, what nonsense is that, you’re supposed to be ready with rooms on the check-in time, so we left and wandered for hours, visited places, when we came back in evening around 6:30, the rooms were still not ready, there was no electricity, and I called him that it’s been hours what’s going on there’s no light too, he said stop calling me again and again, kaam nahi ho jayega baar baar call krke, and then he didn’t pick up the calls too, we also paid extra for extra mattress in 1 of the rooms, the staff is so terrible they laid down a BEDSHEET on the floor and said we don’t have a mattress, that moment we lost any patience left, we were gonna stay there for 2 days b it the behaviour and place was unbearable

My stay at Hotel Heritage was more than pleasant. The hotel's atmosphere was one-of-a-kind, thanks to its natural, straw-made homes that created a distinctive ambiance. The rooms were roomy, meticulously cleaned, and perfectly equipped with all the essentials, including a very comfortable bed. What really impressed me was the hotel's staff, particularly Sarath, Subin, and Sree Hari, who were not only courteous and professional but also responded promptly to our needs, even arranging a guided tour of the area. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of tasty local and international dishes to choose from. Safety and cleanliness were clearly top priorities, and the hotel maintained immaculate premises throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, making the entire experience hassle-free.

Stay was awesome at meraki tribe tree cottage. Resort keeper arun was really nice & took us for a hill view for small trek. Little bit far from city. But view was really good to see in early morning.
