The stay was decent and the location view was awesome, also the manager and other staff was very supportive. All my team is very happy

Had a peaceful and refreshing stay in Munnar. The weather was cool, and the views were simply beautiful. A great escape from the city!

Nice views and nice rooms for bachelor no family

Comparatively, it’s not a good property. Same place other properties are too good. Hill view is blocked, water is cold in swimming pool so no one can enjoy swimming. Cleaning is poor. Same idli and plain dosa with tea/coffee in daily breakfast. Service is very late, multiple times we have to ask for basic requirements, like extra bed, water, bed sheet etc.

Bad experience

very worst maintanence and caring of guest, then heater also not working in this cottage, difficult & not safe to park the vehicle..this much of cost is not worth for staying..

not as expected and too far from all locations and there is no restaurant if you don't have a vehicle will need more money to eat

There is no parking facility for Vehicles, No power backup, Bad smell all around the facility due to sewage pipe leakage. Resort located at the edge of a mountain and vehicles need to be parked in the sideways of a narrow road. common pool for around 6 rooms. Small rooms

Stay is very tiny and not well maintained. Hospitality and accessibility was average. There is no food facility. It is under development. Balcony rooms are limited. It is allocated on first come and first serve basis. Not all the rooms are with balcony but in the amenities balcony was available as default.

Rooms are okay for couples not for family No shops nearby had to go for 5to6 km to buy anything but room service are available with service charges breakfast was good it comes as complimentary over all worth for money… The balcony view was awesome the hills & falls in front of resort👌 liked it.. Recommend to couples

The location of the stay is good. If people are looking for only stay with their own transport can opt this. This is not suitable for travellers with public mode of transport. No food availability nearby. The food available at the location is not up to and expensive. The amenities available only on request are too at extra cost. So i suggest if travellers looking for a view can opt this. Hi
