Horrible Room Quality

We were misled by the description of a 'hill view'—there was no such view at all. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and we couldn’t open the windows for fresh air. The space was filled with mold, and although they had sprayed air freshener before we checked in, it didn’t mask the smell. There was no respect shown by the staff, and no assistance offered during our stay. It was clear that the room we were given was of poor quality, and staying there felt detrimental to our health. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking here in advance, as we were stuck with this room after already paying through MakeMyTrip.

Had worst experience, while check in, hotel manager gave only one room but we booked 4 room we don’t had choice so we accepted that.

The stay was good .Food was not buffet but it was tasty. In 5 km there is tiger park which was one of the best tourist spots.Bathroom was clean

The hotel was on nice place, the greenery and hills around hotel feel awesome and the rooms are well maintained and cleaned, staff of hotel are well behaved and food was also great thanks to makemytrip.
