Location is a bit far from city but for natural lovers very best place to stay. Owner of the property was very humble and supportive which made my trip very enjoyable. Thank you Reji sir.

Bad location. Bed is not comfortable

Just booked a room for night stay. It was a good place. Clean. And spacious bed. Didn’t opt for breakfast.

My stay at this property was a complete nightmare. The infrastructure was in terrible condition; the walls were dirty and peeling, giving the room a decrepit look. The bed and blanket were disgustingly filthy, covered in stains and emitting a horrible dirt smell. The room was infested with ants, which were crawling all over the floor and even found their way into the bed. It was absolutely revolting and made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. Despite complaining to the front desk multiple times, nothing was done to address these issues. The lack of maintenance and cleanliness was shocking, and i couldn't believe a hotel could be in such a state of disrepair. I would never recommend this place to anyone and strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodation. I stayed here for 30 min and vacated immediately.

No amneties nearby. They gave us room in their home compound losing our privacy. No chance for coffee or tea early morning. Room boy will not bring anything even if we are ready to pay.

I regret to inform potential guests that our recent stay at sunleo spice villas and homestay munnar was nothing short of a disaster. Despite booking two rooms, we were only provided with one upon arrival. The rooms we were given were in a deplorable condition, with dirt and grime accumulating in every corner. To make matters worse, the paint was peeling off the walls, giving the rooms a decrepit and unsanitary appearance. But the horror doesn't end there. To access our assigned room from the parking area, we had to endure what can only be described as a trekking expedition. The distance and inconvenience of reaching our room added insult to injury, leaving us exhausted and frustrated before we even set foot inside. Our experience at sunleo spice villas and homestay munnar can only be described as a nightmare. We urge prospective guests to steer clear of this establishment unless they enjoy subpar accommodations and the disappointment of unfulfilled reservations. Adding to the litany of disappointments, the behavior of the owner at sunleo spice villas and homestay munnar was abysmal. Not only did he fail to address our concerns, but his demeanor was dismissive and disrespectful. It became evident that in this establishment, guests are expected to adhere to the owner's dictates without question, while he remains impervious to their needs and grievances. Such arrogant and inconsiderate behavior only compounds the already dismal experience of staying at this establishment. Future patrons beware: prepare to be ignored and belittled by the very individual who should be ensuring your comfort and satisfaction.

The room was clean and tidy including the bathroom. But the fan didn't work. There only one power socket (plug point) for charging and tv. Can't use both. Also the power socket is away from the bed, which is difficult to access. You have to move the bed to access it.

Poor room service

It was just okay. The main nightmare was sharing your balcony with the neighbours. 2 rooms have same balcony. The tv cable was not recharged. There was no entertainment there was no tv. Other things were okay. About the good things, the ambience was good. Staff guy was good.

The stay was good. Neat and tidy rooms. Felt like our home shifted to munnar.

Nice place but not perfect then I love my trip.

The location was great and easy to reach as there were signboards on the route. The staff was the owner was really very friendly and they helped us in every way they can. It was a decent stay. It is a good place for families also.

We booked but we didn't stay because its too far away from town no nearby shops or restaurant so we didn't stayed there apart from distance everything is good . Manager/owner of the property is too good to assist for everything .
