We had a nice stay at Windflower. The property is nearly 10km away from Central Munnar, but easily accessible even by public transport. The nearest town is Aanachal, which is at a walkable distance from the property. The room we selected was on the top floor of the property, and it did have a nice view of valley and mountains. It's not the "typical" Munnar view of Tea plantations, but a beautiful sight regardless. The room itself was neat and clean, and had basic amenities like bottled drinking water, water heater, refrigerator, fan and Cooler, and a TV (which only had some local channels available). No kettle for a morning coffee though. Also they didn't provide any food, complimentary or otherwise, which was a downside. But there was a food menu of a restaurant provided in the room, if you wanted to order. We skipped that and just went to the Aanachal town, which had some good restaurant options. Overall, we had a satisfying stay, but there's definitely some room for improvement.

I booked suite rooms and gave me a tree house. 1. The bathroom is just 3 foot wide. 2. No drinking water provided. 3. The so called tree house is built completely with concrete. 4. No chair inside. 5. No space to walk or turn around. 6. No privacy in balcony. 7. No house keeping at all. 8. Totally not worth the money we are spending.
