Review Of Spring Dale Resort

Good and affordable place to stay. The staff and all members were nice and the service provided was excellent. The place is away from munnar town away from noise and very nice natural place to stay

I made a booking for "Spring Dale Resorts" on May 27–28 from MakeMyTrip as I liked the amenities promised by the resort. But most of the amenities were not available. We were facing the following issues in the resort: 1) The swimming pool was not operational, and it was half filled with dirty water. Even after complaining to the resort team, they didn't fix the issue. 2) The toilet's roof-top glass was broken, and we were unable to use the toilet when it was raining. 3) They asked for an extra charge for Campfire, which was not mentioned in the resort's description 4) The restaurant was closed for lunch without intimation. We had to arrange lunch ourselves from outside. [We didn't have a launch as it was raining outside.] 5) Breakfast was provided for free and consisted of bread and idly, which did not satisfy. 6) Overall, our entire trip plan was wasted . Also, I need a full refund for the booking made

Location is superb nice and cosy place away from the hustle and bustle, a quiet village atmosphere, free breakfast was nice, there is an atm very nest to the resort, amenities and services good

Room service is very pathetic. Food is not good and very high in cost. No adequate electrical plug sockets only one they have. Doors locks are not working properly.

Staff are very helpful, but they need make sure room are full cleaned well also breakfast only limited food atleast prepare some more food

Place is good, calm and clean. Room service was not up to the mark. Enjoyed the trip and stay, surrounding was too good and gardens are well maintained

The resort was excellent. Calm and cool ambience. Our family just loved the entire place. Only for the restaurant and food. If they'd have proper resources and food preparation according to our wish then it's have been much better.

Stay was good, nice ambience. I had food from outside so don't know about it. Only one issue i found was, we can hear noises from the other rooms through the sealing.

The place is nice property is at a good location. The room is clean and the view is amazing. But they don’t have a kitchen so you don’t really get meals when you need. I reached at 5pm wanted basic tea or coffee they clearly denied. Had to walk down to some tiny shop hunting for biscuits. Dinner if not told before 7 they will clearly deny giving food. They only have fried rice. They don’t cook much. Very poor service when it comes to food. So if you go you will have to buy from outside - no zomato so you will have to go far and buy. No complains about the property but it’s very basic that hotels should keep tea coffee snacks as travellers will definitely need it you just cannot say we don’t serve

It is not a resort, just a cottage. if you are looking for an average stay in munnar, it is ok to go ahead. There were too mny confusion among extra bed, charged for extra bed while booking and the cottage reps said, one bed accommodate three! They named it as honeymoon cottage and literally, it is a room with a toilet, no balcony l, nothing. it is in ground floor. overall It wasn't a pleasant stay as expected.

Very good place to stay, i thoroughly enjoyed the time.

It's situated in devikulam, in one of the most beautiful settings in munnar, with a wonderful narrow path to your room. But the wi-fi was terrible, the electricity would keep going and it took them 2 hours to make an omlette.

The hotel is situated at a very beautiful location in devikulam however the room and food is really substandard.
