Location was difficult to locate , no naming boards on way . Food was horrible during nigght time . Same chicken and chicken was cooked. Amenities & services were good but room maintaininence was poor.

The fnb manager and chef did well to recover a hiccup I would like to thank the resort manager too for being aware of the situation However, i strongly recommend to brief some team members about their attitude. Its unfortunate managers are left apologising for this. Other than that beautiful property. There were other things discussed too that i wouldn't want to publish. Disappointed with the room i got. I think thats the only issue i felt was unresolved The tea coffee outlet is amazing. I liked the concept of having activity manager who was also pleasant to talk to. All in all, i love the fact the fnb manager works so hard to keep guest quality on check. Its an amazing practice if the entire hotel is doing it. Breakfast spread is amazing.

We stayed for 3 nights in Two bedroom suite garden view. Comfortable stay. Neat rooms. Good location. Walkable distance to lake and easy access. Food was disappointing. Limited options, mostly rice items, rasam, sambhar repeated all three nights. Only tandoor items are available, which itself wasn't properly cooked. Better options could be added. Breakfast was average. Housekeeping, Reception and security service was top notch. The battery car was very useful. Another drawback, is lack of proper parking inside the hotel premises.

Good points : Hotel location is good, staff is polite. Improvement points : - compared to price rooms are congested. - Food & Breakfast is average costly. - Bathroom fitting looks to be old need to be upgraded. - Seens fungus in bathroom & its doors. - If you walk outside you can feel smell of STP which is really bad.
