Not worth it.. for the money we spent

location of the property was excellent but the property is not up to the mark.On our arrival they informed us they had upgraded our room to a double deluxe room, which was horrible.It was neither neat nor properly cleaned. As we made a complaint about it, they shifted us to another room-which was "ok" but not worth for the amount we spent.

The property is quite old and has not been maintained properly, which is evident from its overall condition. However, the staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety and taste. On the other hand, the evening hi-tea was quite disappointing — it felt almost comical, as they didn’t even know how to make something as simple as bajji.

It was nice staying here at Sterling. The staff were very helpful and supportive. The amenities were also very good. However, please try to reduce the buffet dinner price — two non-veg items for ₹1750 is not worth it. Apart from that, everything else was excellent.
