Really nice Avadale Kodaikanal (Stag Groups Not Allowed)! We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony that led straight to the restaurant — basically room service with extra steps (and a few more calories). Now, if you're dreaming of a scenic balcony view… temper those expectations.( Go to Vattakanal) . Not much to see — but hey, who needs a view when the buffet is this good? Seriously, the food and service had us thinking we were royalty. We loved it as family. One thing though — when it started pouring, umbrellas were nowhere to be found. They mentioned all were taken by customers and not returned. We gave them a little hint: ‘How about renting some out per hour basis? Guests return them and nobody gets drenched. Win-win!’.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Avadale Kodaikanal (Stag Groups Not Allowed). Everything about the Avadale Kodaikanal (Stag Groups Not Allowed) was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Avadale is located 5-6 kms from the lake and is perfect for those looking for a peaceful stay. The rooms offer great views and I had wonderful support from their staff.

Pleasant stay for family of 9 along with kids with good homely cooked food and great hospitality . Helpers and reception was great with proper guidance
