R.T Hill View

i booked suite room was good, enough space for 4 members stay, there was no kitchen in this resort has a drop were we couldn't get coffee, tea or milk to purchase outside, i complaint my room intercom was not working, resort has not taken any step to solve it saying it's working fine, tried call up their mobile no. when needed to buy some stuff for my baby unfortunately was not responding at time of needy, rest all ok

Service was good , location near to lake, wake able distance to bryant park ,near many restaurants available

Ambience and maintenance is good. Well received and good hospitality. The staff is very professional. Food is okay and cleanliness is good. Good location near the lake and walkable for many places to visit nearby. Overall value for money and very decent.

I have visited with my friends many times.This time I am go with family first time it was horrible experience we have faced ..Room service was very poor ...I was very disappointed this trip..

Excellent location, neat rooms, good service

We booked superior room which is spacious and well maintained, stay was quite good. Hill view is also very pleasant but check out time was too early and no complimentary breakfast for make my trip bookings

Service was good, breakfast buffet was very good although dinner buffet was not at all good. Location was very convenient to main market area, luxury cottage did not seem to be luxurious otherwise ambience and green environment was really good.

It's a decent hotel but the stay wasn't fun. Half of the lights in the room didn't work, and in the wash-room. The door lock got stuck half the time. They got it replaced though, as soon as we complained. Most of the rooms don't provide any decent view of nature, we had a view of a water tanker for two days.

No wifi, room heater, bath towels and newspaper were provided.

Location is convenient as it's located close to the lake, five minute walk. Stay is comfortable, clean rooms, toilets and ample parking space. Food is good with acceptable levels to suite our group. Staff, was not intrusive and they respond to your calls and serve your needs without a fuss.
Food was good and prepared without delay at our prescribed time. We liked the staffs attention whenever we required their services. Would require attention to alleviate a kind of odour in the bathroom. Overall I would recommend to people looking for a decent place to stay and dine in Kodaikanal.

The hotel is near lake at a walkable distance. The staff are courteous and rooms are clean. Food on order is good.
