I had a very good experience. The room was compact and perfect, with everything well maintained. The location is also very good, just a couple of kilometers from the city center, and the surroundings are peaceful. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay."

Tasty food. They cook as per our menu. Rooms are clean. Car parking facility. Caretaker is very responsive. Hot water for drinking, kettle in each room. Food is hot and tasty

The room was very cold. There was no heater. Hot water was not coming. They could not arrange a cab for us too. The wash basin arrangement in bathroom was very odd and the bathroom door was also not opening properly.

Property was good , well located near to all tourist destinations, all basic amenities are available, homely prepared food, service is also good. But price is bit higher compared to room size.otherwise everything was perfect.

nice to stay with family, surrounding are good, car parking available, room' are compatible but it's fine. we have only 3 to 4 litres of hot water each time, need to wait half hour to fill one bucket, I feel that this is one drawback.

Nice place to stay. Very polite staffs. Having enough parking space.

breakfast offered was good. the staff is s very friendly and genuine. As i took a stay on summer weekend it is little uncomfortable for movements. or else on other days it would be a great comfort location.

Considering outer Kodaikanal location, the cottage seems a good stay for a shorter period. The service they provide is exceptional as they even go and get food for u if u ask them and very friendly.

We stayed at pandiyar villa for 4 nights. We had an awesome experience. The staff fs were so good and polite.

Perfect place for a family to stay,24/7 hot water,home made food is available.The cook who prepared the food was polite and made us feel as in home.very tasty and hygienic food.Persons who were working there was polite and very helpful.wonderful experience.Villa is located in a calmful place,we can enjoy the scenery from window side❤️🌿🌲🌳🌴

One of the worst places i have stayed even though i opt for delux room they have given us normal room.

Stay was good and satisfying, staff was very helpful only drawback was details mentioned while booking and in reality there some differences, breakfast was not good as a family we dint get room together we had rooms in two different floors which was difficult for us really enjoyed campfire.

It was great food was good and room service was great. Spotted at a great view and do visit.
