Room is good. Food is good. Room service also good.

the place and location was good, worth for budject friendly room, staff is too good

It is was not so good experience, In one of the rooms there were rats, when asked about it to the manager, she replied stating that the rats were in kitchen and thus must have come to room, it made no sense what so ever.

Nice stay. Clean room. Calm atmosphere. A little afar from kodaikanal town. Friendly staff. Provides food. Parking space available.

Nice stay with good ambience..But tv is not working.Also they provide complimentary food which is also good.This is the only property you get in very affordable price.Thankyou

Tasty food. They cook as per our menu. Rooms are clean. Car parking facility. Caretaker is very responsive. Hot water for drinking, kettle in each room. Food is hot and tasty

The room was very cold. There was no heater. Hot water was not coming. They could not arrange a cab for us too. The wash basin arrangement in bathroom was very odd and the bathroom door was also not opening properly.

Property was good , well located near to all tourist destinations, all basic amenities are available, homely prepared food, service is also good. But price is bit higher compared to room size.otherwise everything was perfect.

I am stay with family in pandiyar villa at Kodaikanal ., Nice to share with you all.. Superb treating by the maid and also incharge fine to share..

nice to stay with family, surrounding are good, car parking available, room' are compatible but it's fine. we have only 3 to 4 litres of hot water each time, need to wait half hour to fill one bucket, I feel that this is one drawback.

Nice place to stay. Very polite staffs. Having enough parking space.

breakfast offered was good. the staff is s very friendly and genuine. As i took a stay on summer weekend it is little uncomfortable for movements. or else on other days it would be a great comfort location.
