HOTEL SILVER SPRINGS

Stayed there for 2 nights , no electricity supply for one full night . No response from the hotel team . Pathetic customer service .

Location is good, but service is very bad, room full dust, curtains not washed, bathroom bad smell, floor mat not washed, 2 chairs full dust, they never cleaned the room, this room is worth only for less than 1000 rent. Considering the room rent we did not expect much but atleast curtains, mat, bathroom should be neat and clean, full room local phenyl smell. No servants.

Approach to property is dangerously steep. No restaurant inside. Good parking

Property located in the main of Kodaikanal and easy to reach. Overall property is good but little bit of improvement is required.

The size of the room I stayed in was comfortable. The mattress on the bed and the quality of the sofa were poor. The television didn't work, there were no hangers in the cupboard, there was no carpet, there was no water in the washbasin in the bathroom, etc. Many of the facilities were not enough for the money paid. I stayed there for two nights. Although the map photos made the rooms look appealing, when I visited, the bedsheets were very dirty and smelled unpleasant and the bed was so hard that I couldn’t sleep comfortably. The bathroom looked good, but overall the experience was very disappointing and I have never faced such issues before.

This hotel is not great. It lacks cleanliness and tidiness, and the staff are rude. I would not recommend it.

The location is perfect with good parking space. Rooms and toilets were average but bed sheets were not seemed to be washed. All together the stay was not okay as expected.

Reception and help desk is worst there is no help from them... Hotel is in The slope .. vry difficult to reach main road .. no restaurant is in the hotel .. totally it made our stay inconvenient .

Stay was neat and clean. They helped to check in earlier. Good stay in decent budget. Had a wonderful stay in Silver springs in this price range, room was neat and clean and staff was friendly and helped me to check-in early .

Property in a slope and difficult to climb by walk. Hot water for drinking is not available. Suggest to keep a water dispenser at common area

No scenic view around the hotel, no hot water in the washroom, no food available, water in the washroom was not clean ( brown in colour muddy water)

We booked a deluxe room. Hotel is clean and neat and they respond for everything with a smiling face. Moreover it is very close to the bazaar. Had a good experience. If you want a scenic beauty and have an aesthetic sense and a middle class, then don't hesitate. Trust me. It is great to stay here.
