Room was decent for the money. Could have been better, but the service and people were extremely sweet and professional. Breakfast spread was good, and since it was raining we couldn't explore outdoor activities. The outside ambience was very good compared to the rooms. By the way, we stayed in a wooden cabin.

Location is very good. Staying in chalet room with valley view had a great experience but very less options for JAIN FOOD.

Exorbitant rate for in room dining. First you locate your resort in such remote location and then fleece customers by charging too steep meal charges. A bottle of wine costing Rs 6500 is something I have not heard of even while in Australia. That's insane. Bonfire is arranged right on the accommodation area where people are drinking liquor freely smoking freely with no concern for people living nearby. So much so we couldn't even sit at our balcony as room was getting filled up with smoke. Pls learn something from Highland Accord hotel in Ooty where Bonfire was arranged in a location away from accommodation area with families and no drinks permitted there. No wonder there was no family members women and kids at your Bonfire.

GReaT Trails Kodaikanal is an excellently property with great rooms, pleasing views of the hills, interesting activities and delicious food. The staff were courteous and helpful. We had an issue with the booking through Makemytrip and the front desk ensured that we were not troubled and informed us that they would resolve directly with MMT. We appreciate the staff for this. The property is away from the central location and the access is a little difficult with poor roads and maintenance by the municipal authorities but the commute was worth the effort. Overall a great experience.

Amazing experience of food and property and staff is so supportive and provides all required information and suport. Property has lot of activities specially to engage children.

The check in process was smooth and quick. The staff were professional in their behaviour. There was prompt response to the calls placed to the frontdesk. From the buggy ride to rooms to the housekeeping staff, from the security personnel to the staff at the restaurant Whistler's cafe, everyone was prompt to deliver their services and ensured that the stay was comfortable. Staff were courteous and smiling. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The rooms are aesthetically designed with wooden interiors. The views from the windows and balcony were spectacular. The tranquility in the property away from the city nestled in the misty mountains made it special. The checkout process was hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was wide spread with plenty of options to suit all preferences. The approach road to the hotel is little challenging to identify. Would be better if some more prominent sign boards are placed. Natives of Kodaikanal call this place as Attuvampatti whereas the address in website is mentioned as Vilpatti leading to some confusion. Heater provided in the room needs some maintenance.

It’s a good place with great amenities, we enjoyed our stay there with amazing spa experience. The staff were all good.

It was a wonderful experience at GRT kodaikanal. It was a all ladies trip , GRT gave us a warm welcome, arranged a Nature walk trek in morning all complimentary. I will definitely recommend GRT to friends and family
