The Peak Resorts

My stay at The Peak Resort, Kodaikanal was nothing short of a nightmare. The hospitality was absolutely pathetic, with staff who were non-responsive, rude, and completely disinterested in addressing even basic guest concerns. Service was slow, and no one seemed to care about making the stay comfortable. The food was an absolute disaster—bland, tasteless, and ridiculously overpriced. For the amount they charge, one would expect at least decent flavors, but every meal felt like a waste of money. The overall experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far from what one expects from a resort. The lack of professionalism, terrible service, and poor management make this place completely unworthy of a visit. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemies. There are far better options in Kodaikanal—avoid this place at all costs!

Rooms was average. Food is also average. Nice supporting staff.

Property is in a peaceful location little away from the hustle bustle of the lake/market area, and is pretty much easy to access with maps. For a stay, it's pretty good with decent facilities, but as a resort it's just ordinary. The standard deluxe rooms are quite small in size though. -breakfast is mostly south indian, dinner is served on need basis, but variety is less for both and service was slow. There is no lunch services, even on demand!

resort ambience outside is good but the stay was not worth it for the price…. almost 4500 for one room but the room was not up to it for the price…. not that clean and very congested rooms… wifi service was not available although it was told in facilities… but the outside ambience was good and nice to chill… need to improve the room facilities and cleanliness too.

Rooms are outdated and dirty. Linens not cleaned properly they give same dirty linens when asked to replace. They operate with very less staffs and they dont have time to clean the tables in restaurant.

Stay was good n in good location. View was good. Breakfast was great but dinner was ok. Park n garden inside the property is good. Service was good.

1. Good place to stay 2. Good view and ambiance 3. Basic facilities were not provided and had to ask for multiple times. 4. Mineral water was part of the package but had to pay for it. 5. Bathroom had awful smell. 6. Queen suite was really big and in dining was allowed. 7. Service was average because each everything has to be requested and explained. 8. Food and breakfast was really good 9. Reasonable charge for food compared to other hotels in kodaikanal.

We stayed for one night and we found the quilt was ripped off. The bathroom door was stuck and i was unable to lock it from inside. Nobody came to drop or pick up the luggage.

It was a family stay and we have thoroughly enjoyed staying in the property. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

Location a and view are good but not enough facilities in room for persons staying with children, need to call reception for all things needed for baby use food is really good

Good ambiance and facilities. The view from the resort to town was so good. Faced with a few challenges!

Resort in the place kodaikanal where the avg weather is below 15’c but the management switch on the gayesr only 6 am -10 am & 6 pm -10pm. There is no kettle. Restaurant will close at 9 pm if a guest checked in by 9 pm has to sleep without any food plastic glasses in the room for drinking water. If u ask anything to the manager the answer will be no

Property location is very good away from city crowd. Food is okey. Service is good but rooms are very small.

Very Peaceful Stay....styed here for 3 nights...Experience more than what I expected....Away from City Noise... excellent view from Hotel. Manager Mr. Rozario is very Nice person, very Humble and Friendly, he is ready to help you at any time with full dedication towards ur comfort. Restaurant Complementary Breakfast is awesome, every day varieties of food items. Restaurant staff Such as Vishal, Tamil, Yuvraj, and Shiva are very cooperative and Humble. overall all staff is very friendly. Thanks all the Peak resort team for such wonderful and friendly experience.

The peak resort is known for its place situated in the peak mountain. Its very good and clean. Rooms are with antique design, best for family, couples, stay. Food and services also good. Children play area available. Staff services also excellent.

No lights broken and smelly bathroom very old unsafe property we had to check out at night 8 pm and found out a good hotel nearby

Average property. They have one 5 room old building which is specious but old and also they have small size deluxe cabin which was looking good. Food option is very limited but taste is good. Service is not that great but average.

Room size is smaller than expected. If you are having kids better book suit rooms. It's a good resort for family and 100% safety. Staff behaviour was good. Rating 8/10.

Overall very bad experience food quality too bad, room average, location average, many amenities not available in room for eg paste glass drinking water, room service horrible those people dont know how to behave
