such a worst experience. It didn't look the same as the picture ... try other hotels

1. There is no telephone service in the room to connect with the front desk to order something. 2. ⁠the hotel doesn’t have a kicthen not even for a cup of tea. 3. ⁠in the name of complimentary breakfast all we got is half burnt set dosa 4. ⁠the hotel doesn’t have staff to clean the room after morning.

I can't even begin to describe the nightmare of a place this so called resort it. it's not 4U it's screwU . Unclean rooms, no heater, stained linens , broken door panes , no in room service , musty water dispenser in lobby, torn foot mats and runners , unhygienic washrooms, broken faucets and clogged drains in washroom are a few things that I can tell you about immediately. And yes the mounds. I chose to let go of my 8k and immediately check out of the horrid place, situated next to dump yard and a swamp full of bio organisms hazardous to health. won't recommend to book . hasn't been helpful in resolving the issue and getting a refund issued despite follow up and sharing 25 plus photos as proof of teh horrid place. Travels be aware don't waste your money

It was no where compared to resort. Towels not available. Hot water only for couple of hours in morning. In name of breakfast just idli and pongal. Room and bathroom was below average.

Ambience was good and the people over there was very kind and polite ! service alone is little pathetic that they are seemed to be busy always

We stayed ther for 2 days with family. First of all, the hotel is far from center and the road to resort is poor. And there is waste dump near resort which is disgusting with lots of wasps. They didn't provide a bath towel. Breakfast is pathetic. You will get other good hotels with this price range. Also its not children friendly.

When we booked this hotel we were told that the bed was like four people, but when we checked and went to the room, the hotel management told us that it was like two people sleeping on the floor,

This is little far from city centre near to sterling resort around 6 km this may cost you 500 by taxy during on season. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean. There are two balcony with good view. Complimentary breakfast with not much options. No restaurant service they can arrange food or one can walk to the near restaurant on main road. Kodai has ban on 1l water bottle. They have kept 20l bottle at outer space. Over all its a budget hotel at good location.

Perfect place for stay. Well comfortable

Stayed at this resort on 29th may and 30th may 2022, the room was in the second floor and did not have a lift. We had to carry all our luggage up ourselves. It was quite a task with a toddler as well in that altitude. Asked for coffee when we reached the room which was not provided and they did not respond even after an hour had to go and buy from a shop outside myself. Hot water not available in the evening when we checked in. Even after repeated requests they would not provide. No good restaurants near by so had to order food in the room which was OK to eat but not of good quality. Bed was broken and would sink inside if more than one person gets on the bed. Bathroom was dingy dark and un-kept. No partition between bath and toilet area which makes it slippers all over the bathroom. In that chilly climate it was a task to get in and out of bathroom. I was provided with an additional bed after i complained about the main bed but it took such a long time to convince them. Anything you ask they won’t respond. The next day morning breakfast was terrible. After protests about the bed next morning they had automatically checked in all my stuff in an adjacent room without any information. It was a stay to forget. Also the toad leading to the hotel is bad. Overall the staff will not respond to anything you ask or say. They just neglect as if its not an issue. Worst stay of my life! simple waste of money. Not a 3 star property. Not even a 1 star. The wall paints were withering away. Beds were bad and toilet ceilings were blackened by wire burns.

Budget hotel. Outer it is situated. Calm place with balcony in all rooms. Service is good. But hot water is available only in the morning. In nights, if it would have given, it will be good. 3 members alone taking care of this property and we had seen delays in serving food to room. Overall we had a nice experience except above cons. If you want to have nature view, have rooms at second floor.
