My experience was very worse and I never stayed in such a kind of worst hotel. There no guy to respond queries and no hot water, rooms not good. I have booked hill view room but they allocated another small room. They mentioned many facilities in online but none of them available at resort. I strongly felt this resort is not suitable for families because they are allowing group and they made more noise whole night. No power backup, no hot water, room are very small and no cleanliness. I tried to contact the customer care of MakeMyTrip but I couldn't and your customer care not user friendly and no option to connect with your helpdesk to coplient about this resort and I had no option to vacate this on sameday. It was very worse experience
