unbelievable view from the hotel. food was good. front desk receptionist was cordial. all staff were highly cooperative. helped a lot while parking. dinner was excellent. overall nice place to stay.

While the view from hotel was excellent and hospitality of staff is also good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, there are many areas of improvement- The intercom initially was not working. We were told that it will take 40 mins for dinner to get prepared but in reality it took multiple followups and more than 1 hour for food to arrive. Chicken was undercooked while other items were above average. Water filters are available only for 1st floor rooms (which are really expensive) while ground floor rooms have normal bisleri canisters. Our bisleri canister had impurities in it and we asked staff to change it multiple times but it was not done. We had to take water from other blocks. Overall the room was not worth for money paid.

Awesome stay with best view. Parking facility is Yes. Wifi is Yes. Best stay with nature. All tourist location near by. Away from city hassle.

We stayed at the luxury view room , the view was breathtaking with fog in the morning and evening and the distant city view in the night . Food is good and the room service and cleanliness is excellent.

The property was good one. However, the room that I booked was not having a garden view which was not reflecting in MakeMyTrip app while making the bookings. Otherwise it’s good stay enjoyed the weather as well

The property is in a good location with amazing view from the rooms. But just the view from the room is not enough. The hotel staffs had no idea of what is to be done. Half of them did not know each others work. Upon any questions asked the answer used to be I don’t know. There was no hot water service in the room. The weather is extremely chilled hence hot water is required but they had no hot water services. I had to call up-ample number of times for the same. The room was averagely cleaned but the washroom was dirty with pipe leakage and dirty drain. No toiletries were placed in the room. We had asked for room cleaning one day basic cleaning, when we got back from our outing the whole day the room was exactly kept the way it was with messed up bed and tea cups lying there. Upon asking the hotel staff replied there were lot of check in check outs hence they did not do it. We then asked for fresh towels.they even took half and hour to send out fresh towels to the room. Overall the customer service and the other miscellaneous services apart from the room view was absolutely disappointing. Did not find it worth spending so much on this hotel.

The scene is awesome. You will get everything you need with breathtaking view. Breakfast is also very devious.Satish is also very helpful with all our needs. Must visit.

We had a very nice cozy and warm experience in this new property in vattakanal. Our luxury room had great sunrise views of the vaigai dam in the plains and the scene changes constantly during day and night as the clouds roll over, So you never get bored of views. Manager Mr. Saravanakumar the property manager was very cordial and was helping with all our needs. The room and bathroom were clean, comfy and had all basic needs including TV and Wifi. Food was on time and the breakfast buffet had a good spread of south Indian items with cut fruits and coffee. The property has a car parking inside. The approach road to vattakanal is a bit narrow at places and busy during day time, so plan your arrival time accordingly especially in seasons.

we had a wonderful stay at this place. Being surrounded by nature and waking up to the sunrise, mountains, and greenery was amazing. It’s conveniently located near many tourist attractions, which is a great advantage for visitors.
