Hotel Spring Valley

Our stay at Hotel Spring Valley was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, and the service was good. Car parking was conveniently available. Although hot water was available only for limited times, which was a drawback in chilly Kodaikanal. The Hotel Spring Valley's location was suitable. Despite this minor issue, we had a good experience.

location was good, amenities provided was useful, service was good by one boy named Santhosh. ***Food was worse in taste ,we didn't eat and paid for food as they insisted and argued with us that we ate that burned food, The staffs and manager were rude to us and said makeup things and exaggerating the situation by saying lies.

The location is good it's near to all places but the room service is worst every me only asking if am need anything means, room cleaning also not happen in daily basic

Easy to locate. Good room service. Have car park for 6-8 cars. Staff behavior decent. Local vendors may knock ur room if ur room is in basement 😇😇.
