I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast spread was good

This is a relatively new property. Worst roads nearby.Poor parking facility. Difficult for big cars.Nothing other than rooms Breakfast choice is near to zero- only idly Dinner is limited to 200 per person even if it is included in the package. Rest you have to pay.That too very much limited simple options.Mineral water charged separately.View from this facility is not good.No shops or eateries near this. It's away from the city centre. They have only two people including a manager. They don't even serve the food. They asked us for self service, just keeping the food on a table. The next day they asked us to go and eat in the restaurant of their main hotel which is 1 km away.No lift and you have to lift your heavy luggage to the 2nd floor yourself. They said it's Diwali day and only 2 staff there. If that is the case, why to book rooms when no one is there to serve.We are forced to eat only idli on a Diwali day as complimentary breakfast. not even a single recreation facility such as camp fire, garden, etc. Don't get fooled by images and boasting on the internet. You have many much better options in Kodai.

Excellent stay and environment. All amenities are there. All Beds and Towels are neat and clean

We had a pleasant stay at Spring Valley Enclave, Kodaikanal. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was peaceful with a beautiful mountain view. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was good. Overall, a relaxing and satisfying experience.

The stay was excellent and pretty clean. But the issue is with service. They served complimentary breakfast for 2 adults, but said they will charge 500 for a 3 year old kid for which they will provide only 2 idly and 1 dosa. Dinner has to be ordered before 4pm only, which is a bit difficult as there wont be any mobile networks as we visit the tourist places during the day time. We Asked to provide door mat for washroom, but wasn’t provided

The room was spacious, We especially enjoyed the luxurious bed and the beautiful wiew,The breakfast was Average. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort and class. Highly recommended!"

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality of the staff. From the front desk to the chef, everyone was courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Rooms were clean.

The room was excellent, hygienic and spacious. Bathroom is spacious with separate glass window for bathing. Breakfast and dinner were good. Car parking was available. We stayed here for two days and it was a memorable one.

It was an absolutely awesome stay. The rooms were neat and clean. Easily accessible to the city. The caretaker vikram has given us good hospitality. Looking forward to stay again

A very decent place to stay with good food prepared in in-house restaurant, spacious family rooms at affordable price, well maintained and ample parking space. The staff in the reception were very kind and courteous. I recommend this place 100%.
