Worst propert and service. If you want to get yourself screwed and frustrated book it. All rooms are dirty, full of damp and really old. Front desk manager Ms Anita and Mr Akhil will not care to help plus try to upsell normal rooms for extra charges. They don't have a restaurant and be ready to walk for 1km for food. Poor locality 8km away from city center.

The property was in a far of area with no local shops or eateries or even any single shop available within 2 km. The property does not provide lunch or dinner and the restaurant was closed and there was no option for food nor deliveries available in the area, the staff was Not trained enough and you had to ask for each and everything. The rooms were poorly lit as well as the walls were damp with few baby spiders roaming around.

Bedroom and Views were good food and services were good but they haven't provided Wi-Fi Cupboard doors not Inter com not working properly Peoples were Helpful Airtel Network won't work plan with Jio or BSNL Sim for this location

Not a pleasant stay, power was going down frequently. Generators backup was delayed. Food is not upto standard. Rooms are not good looking.

Two rooms, for the rs 9880 not worth at all, the rooms need maintenance, the tea cups were old and had cracks. The complementary breakfast served was good and tasty though no more options. The location of the stay is beautiful. Two rooms for rs. 9880 is not worth it at all. The resort is located in a beautiful place but no maintenance is done on the rooms and breakfast is limited options but food is good and tasty. Tea cup was old and had cracks.

The place is away from the city, but not too far from services like swiggy and zomato. Food is great, safe and cozy for family and good service. If you're looking for a getaway from the city hassles in kodaikanal and still be in touch with the town, this is the place.

Fantastic location, away from city. Big property, food was good, rooms were clean, it was really cold during our visit in january. Staff members were cordial, special thanks to dilip who helped us in getting the right food and requirements like additional blanket at night. The view of the valley was stunning at day and night.

Geyser issue, lot of garbage thrown in premises, damaged stairs and foot path towards villas. Staff not able to understand the issue. needs to atleast visit the premise once a year and then add these kind of resort to the list. Poorly maintained resort

Running a resort in tamil nada with no tamil or english speaking people in the reception. The rooms smell terrible with mold, the bed, blankets everything smells like mold. Only plus is the food, which is good. The tv didn't work, when asked they said only malayalam channels would work, the resort is for malayali people, i will never stay again. 10k for 1 night is not worth here.

Room is neat and clean. Worst food service. No restaurants nearby. Due to summer climate was very hot and no fans available in any of the rooms and had a sleepless night. Not worth for money paid.

I'm disappointed with make my trip and the tangerine resort. I requested for a refund due to medical emergency and provided all the proof. Even after connecting with mm t agent that request wasn't accepted and no actions were taken. Really upset about this.

Stay was good, room and location is also nice. View is awesome. The property could have been maintained better. Not much resort like amenities available. During season they are not able to manage the crowd

Booked this resort for my parents. They had pleasant stay. Thank you for the service provided. View from the balcony was amazing. Over all a great place for family to spend holiday

The view from the property is too good. It's a bit far from the city center, it takes around 20 mins to reach the center. They are operating with very limited staff hence it has a direct effect on the service they provide. Food was ok, we stayed for 2 nights, they didn't clean the rooms on the other day, they didn't even change the blanket and towels.

The resort was super good in view, we got the early check in as well, rooms are perfectly maintained room service also good totally worth for the money

No additional facilities like pool, indoor games etc staffs are not friendly limited breakfast menu most of it are additional expenses.

The stay was very average, no wifi, even charged me for 8 rooms, i just booked only 4 rooms, they just charged more for me. It was horrible.
