Its no where to a resort. Just a costly home stay with pathetic room service in a uncleaned house particularly bath rooms. Ower is keen on money making with zero hospitality courtesy. He runs this home stay with few local boys whom you need to call hundred time for any room service. Don't go by photos better stay some other better place.
One of the worst place to be in and not sure how how they call it a resort which is absolutely not true. They don't have basic feature of a resort its just an very costly home stay with pathetic room service and uncleaned house particularly bath rooms. It was waste of money. Will never stay again nor refer any one.

This hotel is not for North Indian and vegetarian people. List of issues I faced as below, they don't have cartoon channels on TV. Since I was travel with my family. It is necessary. Only South Indian channels provided and they are not ready add it even I am ready to pay extra. Since we are vegetarian. The only option of is dal and chapatis. Even rice also not possible. Since hotel don't provide proper support for food. You don't have nearby restaurant as well to arrange food. Hotel management is not flexible for our genuine request for basic needs we need to call reception. What promised as complementary need to be asked. They don't provide at their own, eg Drinking water, bathroom soap.

Location on outer, food was OK, good service

The first room they offered me was really very bad. They had bedspreads with blood strains in it. The whole restroom was not maintained properly. Water heater was not working. When I asked for the change of room then they shifted me to another room, which was better, but still not up to the mark. Cleanliness was very bad. It should be improve.

Bad road and great hospitality.
Due to rain, the access to the resort was very hard. The road was washed away. It was hard to drive to the resort. The best part is room service, it was really great.
