The stay was just okay. The rooms were fine, but the heater was not working, which was disappointing. They also follow strict time restrictions that felt inconvenient. Breakfast was good, but overall the experience was not worth the amount paid.Tv was also not working.

The vevera highland given excellent service I have ever seen . And that dinner and breakfast food expenses was to much... Please minimise cost budgetly otherwise food taste and quality very good. Also parking specility was great . Overall very super and awasome

I booked city view. For this price range it looks good. And also food is good in this hotel. Only difficulty is parking space. But staffs support well in that. Overall good place to stay.

superb trip with family

It was a wonderful experience with my cute family. Location wise it’s good reach the city as always. The hotel having a breakfast option and all items was awesome taste with respected staffs. But playing area seems small, if increased little bit it will adequate to kids. Service wise superb and thanks for Vivega for gave a good memories.

The property was good but the service was not at par. For basic needs like towels and toiletries I had to visit the office 3-4 times. And also in 2 rooms hot water was not coming. They provided water from the kitchen which was also not hot just warm. No manager was available after 9. Only 2 boys were there for all the management which was difficult for the basic services. 3 stars only for the property.

very good and nice ambience. I had a really lovely time during my stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. Terrible Stay

We took 2 Club City view Rooms, there was no proper water facilities. 1 and half days we were faced without water due they were saying water pump is not working properly, whole stay was terrible for us. No proper cooperation and so lethargic staff and not attentive.

Bad behaviour of staff

very bad communication with staff. no amount of professionalism. I requested a late check-out of 1 hr, they agreed but when It was around 11 (actual checkout time) they called me up and asked to clear the room in 5mins
