Food was not good and hygiene was not maintained for food area

The hotel room was not clean; even the pillow covers hadn’t been changed. Not recommended. Location is good within the city

I had a wonderful stay at Vivera Highland. Everything was more than my expectation — very good room and excellent service by the team Vivera Highland. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Excellent location of hotel & good ambience and room architecture. Staff are polite and found punctual. Seems to be managed by young staff and senior manager contribution not seen for issues faced for hot water. Lot of monkeys are roaming on top and making noise all the time.

Property location is Good i found the location by gmap and board placed by the hotel. Complimentary food is not free it is chargeable for that the food is just ok only. Mentioned amenities are missing in some rooms. but the room is not like the image show some room is smaller than the image. Service is good.

It is a decent resort located in the fern hill road at the highlands of kodaikanal. Although the room is great it lacks the following things. 1. Room heater 2. Below avg breakfast 3. Tea and coffee is worst.

when I booked the room .the per day rent was Rs 1800..but the quality of the room was of rs 700 only...they have alloted the below avg room ,there were only one window in the room that too was not opening ie when no current the room was too dark with not even a single ray of light .except the quality of room .. everything was ok . heater was working, the location is in town itself,the staffs were good..

The stay was disappointing. The room was not clean or spacious, and the hot water was not working throughout the stay. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and requires major improvement

Really very good place to stay in Kodai . I have really enjoy the trip with Vivera. Staff well trained person .
