HYDERSPARK - THE LUXURY HOTEL

I like the hotel very much but few problem I faced 1 restaurant not functional also breakfast is not so great also if you looking for best view from the room that is not good

Worst hotel employees. They dont give u towels, u have to as for it for 4 times. They dont give toiletries again u have to as 2 times. They dont provide breakfast but charge u for that. Went to have breakfast at 9.15 all bowls were empty. The employees r saying it's all over and finally one person said he will give aloo paratha and he gave one piece each and it was bad, we asked for pongal, he scrapped the leftover from the bowl and gave it and that too half cup. When infomred the manager about it asked for breakfast money refund he is saying u ate thay 1 piece aloo paratha na so I cannot refund. They charge me Rs. 900 for 2 ppl breakfast and saying u ate two piece aloo paratha na so I cannot refund. Manager attitude is worst No sufficient food. Spider web in room.

Recently I had a stay at Hyders park hotel for 3 days with my family. I would give 4/5 as a best bid. I had a complimentary breakfast at a hotel and a comfortable room with a city view. They have sufficient parking for cars. They provide most of the amenities mentioned in the MMT site. I would give 5/5 if they provided dinner in their restaurant. Apart from breakfast and tea , coffee they don't serve anything. The staff are polite and treated as well.

The Property is good. But the problem is the service. The hotel donot have restaurant. They just provide a standard breakfast, no buffet. For Lunch and Dinner we have to go out only. Overall a good property with a lack of service and maintenance.

The hotel is small but the rooms are pretty good neatly maintained and spacious. The restaurant and food options could be improved as it was made to order and was limited.

We are 4 people there is only 3 beds in a congested room they refuse to give extra bed also . Terrible experience for our family

Very much happy to write few words. It was really pleasant experience. The staff are very much friendly and professionals. Room service is great. Hospitality is excellent. Overall great experience. 10/10 is provided.

The general get-up of th ehotel was rather too ornate and baroque. The hotel is located in a poorer par of the town and its plumbing definitely needs attention. The bathroom smelled of sewage whenever the exhaust fan was off and almost every day water collected int he bathroom near the door. The kitchen and maintenance staff share all the work of running the hotel and i thin they are grossly over-worked. Hence most of the breakfast was always an hour late. Bu ti must say the staff comprised of very nice people starting from the receptionist priyadarshini (sweet girl) to working staff like balaji and rajkumar wo were always ready to help even thought they were terribly overworked. The same set of people did everythign from cleaning the rooms, to cooking the breakfast and listening to people's woes. The hotel needs a major infrastructural overhaul. It is falling apart.

Rooms are neat and clean and their interiors are very good friendly staff, wash room was not satisfactory. Not worth for the amount they quoted its just ok room if the price is under 2000 its ok more than that its worthless
