Peaceful Stay with Excellent Service and Delicious Food
We stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is set in a peaceful location, clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Our room was cosy and comfortable, with uninterrupted electricity and hot water available around the clock. The restaurant offered a good variety of dishes, and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, the service was warm and attentive, making our stay truly pleasant.

Good Stay
Food was nice,room very clean but got mosquitoes.wifi was good. staff very friendly.location not so good .very difficult to drive the place to reach.overall ok.

Not satisfied with overall sevice
The rooms were neat and well maintained, I stayed with my family including my parents,wife and children.. I had a lot of expectations before I went there. I read a lot of positive reviews before I decided to stay there. I have booked 2 double rooms for one day, on 12-04-2025 at 4 pm we had checked in. Then I noticed that both TVs in the rooms were not working, immediately I contacted the receptionist and informed them of the issue. They immediately checked the issue raised by me but they weren't able to fix the issue but they informed the technician about the issue, later he came across and partially resolved the issue. But the story is not over yet, on the 13th morning my parents called me and informed me that the heater was not working. Again I called the receptionist but the front office didn't attend my call. Then I went to my parents room and while checking the issue I noticed that the heater was not turning on. As we have to checkout the rooms at 10 am,I decided to fill hot water from my room for my parents. Can you imagine how terrible it was??? I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and families. Please do smile at your guests

Hotel was good but they need to improve on complimentary essentials (which was actually not provided) according to tej fare charged.

Almost worth the cost
Location wise, its very well centrally located. Checkin was smooth. Room was upgraded as per hotel staffs and the room is very spacious. Non ac room but its very cool as the temperature here is around 11 to 16 degree once we reached. Hot water was available always as heater is placed room wise. Shower gel, shampoo, handwash and moisturizer also provided. Washroom is very clean and tidy. Wash basin was broken but not leakage so its acceptable. Shower tap was bit tight which was replaced, when informed. Kettle was not present, was provided the second the day when informed. Inhouse restaurant is very good and tasty but very limited menu. Have fair big dining space available indoor and outdoor as well. Fair amount of parking space is also available here. All the staffs are very friendly and informative as well. Am not rating full as few things were done post informing. There are few things which were missing as per hotel amenities as well. Overall i would recommend this hotel for families with small kids as well.

Poor Stay
Rooms are not up to the mark for this budget. Food is fine. But only 2 dish for breakfast. Not worth the price. Service boys are friendly and supportive

Needs improvement, Not worthy for the money they charge
Road towards the property is bad , Cars Tyre takes a beating & it is tough , It needs to repaired on war footing basis. Extra bed provided is very old & stingy smell , Body gets itchy due to that , Very poor. Drivers need atleast a small place with bunker cots & good restroom facility for rest . Currently drivers restroom is very bad & horrible time for drivers .

Stay was okay, food and service was bad
Stay was okay, room was neat and clean but compared to price they could have provided few more things. Service is really bad. For water also you have to go down and ask them (as their landline was not working. If you are staying there prefer eating outside, food was really bad. In the name of chilly chicken they gave us boiled chicken in a sauce gravy. Food experience was really bad. Not much options available in breakfast as well. They are adding extra service charges as well for food service in to room.

Rent & food is expensive but everything is good, bathroom is clean, & heater working well, food taste is good but we ordered 3 hrs before

Worth for money
Very good property for stay family and friends. Food are extremely good taste. Very neat and tidy. Staff are very polite and service oriented, especially mr mani mgr and other two mgr are treated like a professional.

Not worthy to be a 3 star
familyGood location but service not as good as expected. Had to ask for towels and floor mats. No dental kits. Booked for 2 days but no complimentary tea powder and milk powder for 2 days. Most importantly very limited menu in restaurant. Complimentary breakfast menu is very limited. Dosa, idli and pongal only.
