Average Stay
Hotel rooms were good, however they did not provide basics like toiletries, hand towel, etc. Even for the breakfast we have to request separately for coffee instead of giving it as standard, they only provided Tea, when insisted they provided the coffee. Bed Sheets and Towels were very pale and did not looked fresh at all.

Good Stay
Property location is good. It was clean. Room service was good. Food served for breakfast was very nice and tasty. Only thing was not enough space for breakfast seating. Also lift didn't work for the whole stay.

Couple & family stay peaceful place. Breakfast very good
Value for money , near by bus stand, brayant park, lake view, cokers walk, rooms is good , very neet, Food , room maintenance, breakfast, comfort for family & couple & friends it's worth for money. & Walking distance Kodaikanal lake & bus stand

nice pleasant stay. Spacious Room. individual geyser for each room with hot water 24 hours. special mention about room service it was excellent with prompt service when ordering. very friendly staff. worth every Penny 👍

familygood stay for family.Ideal location. good break fast. The only thing beaware of manager!!!. he will offer you dinner.. please don't accept. because its very costly and average too.for the dinner we have to answer for his hundreds of questions... such as how to many onions to be added? how to cut onions. in total his care was an irrigation till the check out. and he keeps trying to charge any additional service. keep his dealings aside and enjoy your stay.

familyThe overall stay was satisfactory, however, there were some inconveniences experienced during my stay. There were frequent power outages, and there was no generator backup available. Additionally, there was no toilet paper provided, and the towels were not in a clean condition.

No value for money
familyI have booked two rooms and there was no power for 1 room; i have raised it with the security and he said he will get an electrician to fix it but he went to sleep. I waited for 30 mins at my room but the power didn't come then i went to reception again and woke him from sleep. I fought for 15 mins again to get another room. I thought treebo is a good brand but never expected this poor experience. Last time i booked a hotel with half of teebo price and it was good. I assume treebo would take some corrective actions.
