Very good excellent nice staff nice rooms nice food staff behaviour is out standing rooms are clean and big

It's easy to reach the stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Restrooms also neat. hot water facility is available 24/7. Complimentary breakfast also tasty. overall it's a nice stay.. but restaurant food is bit expensive

It's an average stay. No garden , two days they gave same breakfast as complementory idly, one day idly and puri, second day idly and aluparato.

I had stayed 2 days in this hotel, Really Amazing. Honestly I'm saying such a nice views in room and balcony.Room no : 306 Food is delicious and staff members are quite and friendly. 1. 24/7 hot water available 2.spacious room with city view, After day out we chilled in our room very comfortably. 3. Balcony is amazing.The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful; you could see the whole city, and it looked even better at night with all the lights. And the cold mist in the air at night made the whole view even more beautiful. 4. Centre of the city. Good location. 5. Delicious breakfast but only 3 items. 6. Tv and wifi is good. 7. Indoor games in hotel chess,carrom,table tennis. Everything is good.Overall, I had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Best Stay In This Hotal in Kodaikanal breakfast is Good 24*7 Hot Water Available but Safe Bike Parking is not there Over All 9.5/10 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Positives - Hotel rooms are cosy. Good availability of hot water. The deluxe room was large enough with sofa bed option. Morning breakfast was really good tasty South Indian flavor. There is no lunch and dinner options. Cons- located up in the hill with limited parking. No good food options near by except for hotel Tamilnadu in the opposite which again you have to walk down the hill.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is located near the prominent view points.

Hotel room and toilet facilities are very neat and clean. Restaurant service has to improve the service quality. staffs are also very kind and responsible.

Hotel is about 15 min drive from Theni town. Very good and friendly staff behavior. Clean and spacious rooms. Calm and cozy area. Had stayed in 2 different hotels in Theni, however, this hotel was best. If u have your own mode of transport, strongly recommend grand LPM for a pleasant stay.

Buffet breakfast got over by 9AM only...rooms were not cleaned on daily basis

Room - Good , but slight dust issue was there toilets - not upto the mark.. a very small toilet less maintained flooring Restaurant - very nice food , dinner and breakfast Parking - big issue.. only 4 vehicles can be parked inside the parking lot. rest of the vehicles were parked down the parking yard where there was less space.
