Good climate and also secenery spots

Needs to fix the entrance path to this place asap, right now this place is overpriced and requires a short trek every time you want to reach this place

Stay location was good . Cleaning was issue , care taker was changing and were not picking phone always

Had a lovely stay! The view from the property was absolutely mesmerizing — waking up to that scenery was truly refreshing. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The host and caretaker were excellent in communication — both were polite, caring, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The only issue we faced was with the power backup. Due to a power outage, we had trouble using the geyser and electric kettle for hot water, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Kodaikanal. With a better power backup system, it would be close to perfect. Definitely recommended for a peaceful stay with a stunning view!

This is a very cozy place. I must appreciate the caretakers. Special mention for Sushil and Aunty (didn't ask her name) The host Sanjuktha sent every detail we should know about the stay. More than anything, the property is at the right height at Vattakanal. Gave awesome views and experience of foggy mountains and sunrise 🌄 Go for a booking if you are planning, you won't regret it.

Great location. Near dolphin’s nose trek point. Vattakanal waterfall is 15 min walk. Great sunrise view. Good food options and barbecue available.

The stay was awesome with the owner explaining the local culture and hospitality is awesome. Susil, the helper - we didn’t had to ask for anything most of the time as he kept everything ready. Tycoon woods has been the best experience of our trip with amazing views, yummy home food and the hosts beautiful travel and local stories.

Very plea-sent stay nice experience located very close to dolphin e nose and varakanal falls don't miss the sunrise from the room.

Best View with Great food .. For the Food itself we can definitely visit it again ☺️ it was so good.

The homestay did not have proper hot water. We had to face delay and difficulty in the morning. Also breakfast was not available

Rooms and view are good but good was average and can not accessible by car or bike only go with wake

Worst, unhygienic place, untrained staff, no extra pillow, no extra blankets, no water in the flush, no proper steps you need to climb a 80 degree hilltop for 15 minutes. The mattress and blanket and bedsheets were dirty and smelly, there is no proper wardrobe, took per night for this. No auto or bike or anything available. If you want to go to the bus stand which is 5 km you need to pay 500 each to and fro to the cab drivers. That means 1000 for a complete trip to city from hotel. No proper food outlets near by. Dolphin nose is just opposite to the hotel so that's the only value. Also if you come from august to november you won't see anything except mist. So poor choice. I regret it.
